I call B.S The same people who hated Dak day one , still hate him It doesn't matter what he does.

Haters gonna hate. Qb the team to the divisional playoffs, and people act as if he 's a scrub. I want a Super Bowl too , but ya'll some catty assed , hatin people. Period
Are you a browns' fan or Bengal's? You get happy with QB that gets its team to a Divisional Playoffs? Really? This franchise has 5 superbowls.

Yes okay....I mean....I'm not trying to make any nefarious point against Dak. You are starting to argue stuff I never said or insinuated.

Fact is...starting rookie Dak played on a far better team than most rookie QB's get to do. And any comparisons should consider the weighting factor.

That's it...that is all I am saying.

I don't want to here about what team is better or worse. A good and great quarterback is supposed to ELEVATE the team.

Again, if that's the expectations placed on one quarterback, that goes for all other quarterbacks as well.

Leave the excuses at home.

Nope. I just speak on what I see. I will say on the internet and I will definitely say it in person.

I guess you have no problem with people who live by double standards, hypocrisy, and believing they know more about football than professional players, coaches and GMs.

That says alot, but im honestly not surprised.
Ah...playing the old judge a person by a sports internet message board game, eh?

That says alot....but I'm honestly not surprised.

we have this idiot QB who we want to just drive the bus and not cost us games. Big Mike has dumbed down the QB role now so far that he only lets the low-IQ quarterback throw 4-yard passes, but the low-IQ fans can't see this. lmao......

That's not necessarily true. The only people who are stupid idiots, are those who have different sets of rules for Dak than they have for the other 31 quarterbacks.

Especially the stupid idiots that blame Dak for team losses, even if he had a solid game.... Yet give excuses to other quarterbacks in the same type of team losses. With that said, some of our losses WERE Dak's fault, but not every loss his whole career like some of these stupid idiots will try to lead you to believe.

Just because someone disagrees with me doesn't make them a stupid idiot. A stupid idiot is the ones who are liars, hypocrites, and think they know more about football than the players, coaches and GMs.
Ahem. Which GM?

One must take into account the credentials of the GM and how much work he puts into the job. Do many on here know more than a GM who doesn't even bother to watch tape? Quite a bit, actually.

It's actually been shown many times that players often know very little aside from the details of their position.

Coaches? I agree with you. The other two categories should not be mentioned in the same sentence.

Dak's problem is really no problem. He's reached his limit. He's not getting better-he's not getting worse. He's Dak. The only way to change the outcome is get better speed at wide out- better scheming from McCarthy. Good luck with that  But being realistic. What's above Dak that we can get? I'd give Dak a 6 or 7 at times. So what 8 or higher quarterback some of you think we can get. I'm all ears if that can happen. Mahomes-Allen- Tua- 9-8's and high 7's...Where you going to turn???

yeah, I don't quit and give up on the team when the qb gets hurt. You sound like a casual fan, which is okay, but I'm not sure why you're here complaining since you don't take it seriously. shrugs, to each their own.
Who did that? Not me.I never give up. You should know that by now so quit your damn lying.

One of the biggest concerns about Dak is his inability to elevate a team even when it's compromised. He's never really gotten over that hump and show that he's that dude. He's basically our version of Kirk Cousin's with a little more overall talent.
I will cut him some slack given the Oline injuries against Arizona but he needs to demonstrate it was an aberration and not a continuing trend or he will lose this fanbase pretty fast.
Dak's a cool dude but eventually the walk has to match the Talk.
Dak---has bad games and then surprises us with some elite play...but he was best when he had Amari...Amari opened up for other receivers too....so stupid why they got rid of him...so what if he did not want Covid shots?.....like it does anyone any good now?....i know of more than one personally that have died and they had shots and boosters from Covid...we give a 1st and give him away for a 5th....and he was good...sure there were games he was missing....but he was worth it
his last year had over a 1000 gallup over 1100 and CeeDee 900 almost 3 receivers with a 1000...bad management...but the receivers we have now are super good too....we just need to use fullback once we get inside 5...cause we are being shut down pass game....defense will come alive today against Beli-Cheat and i put OCTO PLAT for beatdown of Pats....cause i woke up wild hair and tired of negativity.....i can get myself down good enough with my own stuff...Cowboys make
me feel good

No. I Just know that the QB is not responsible for SB. Troy wasn't, Roger wasn't.
agree its a team sport .... way more than basketball is....you dont need the best players at each position...you need a player that is good at his role that is why Beli-Cheat has always been pretty good...but Brady was biggest reason they won....and he is a lousy athelete....but worked so hard to improve every facet of his game
i hate Pats but respect Brady....winning 7 super-bowls no other QB will touch...and with2 different teams....i loved Calvin Johnson too....he was a baaaaad man
until Dak learns how to have really good footwork his ceiling wont go higher....he has to work hard not to go on his tippy toes when he throws....you have to have
heel down hard so you can twist hips that bring the power to the arm...plant, twist, throw...if you dont have strong base you cannot torque hips...its so easy fundamental to see...he has gotten better...but he takes a long time to throw a good pass because it is NOT natural for him....you plant step torque throw...Dak often does not plant and so when he steps on his tip toes so no torque and he uses upper body to get his power to throw and that is why he looks poor when he does...that is why Dak is so good when he throws while running because the forward motion of running dont have to torque hips as much to launch

It's that kind of thinking that's the problem. The Chiefs didn't luck into Mahomes, they spent a high draft pick on him while having a competent QB already on their roster.

Sir, with all due respect, those were different eras. In todays NFL you need an elite QB to go deep into the playoffs, or at least one in the top 5. Dak needs an elite o line, wr, very good defense to “lead”. He isn’t clutch, he throws picks, makes bad reads, etc etc.

My question for you here is, you think dak would have made the throw Aikman did to Harper in the NFCC against the 49ers? You think he is that kind of QB?

Yes I do . That's what I'm saying. If Dak had an Alvin Harper yes I do

Did you miss the clearest example of him elevating the team last year when he came back from injury? Anemic offense to #1 in every major category when he came back.

Too many people are clouded in every aspect of football bc of recency bias. It is hillarious.

Dak is Eli Manning’ish. They won a Superbowl with their Defense and despite the mediocre QB. Don’t ever expect Dak to be Mahomes , you will just be highly disappointed every time he makes bad decisions.

Garbage Time Stats don’t mean anything. We saw the stats Tony Romo put up. Where did that get the Cowboys? It will up to the Defense to win a Superbowl if they can stay healthy.
