A Giants loss or a Cowboys win

That's what I still don't understand. how do the giants lose out if all of them are tied ?

What part do you not understand? If the giants lose their next two, Tampa wins their next 2 and the Lions split their next 2 then they all will have the same record

The only way the Giants don't make the playoffs (excluding ties ) ALL of the following must happen.

Giants lose out ( @PHI , @WAS )
Atlanta wins out ( @car, NO )
Green Bay wins out ( MIN, @DET)
Tampa Bay wins out (@ NO, CAR )
Detroit must beat Dallas AND lose to Green Bay.

I want a Cowboys win and a Giants/Eagles tie. If both the Giants and Eagles walked away from their game with no win, that would be so sweet.
