"Mike Francesca and he said he heard a rumor about Dallas getting back into bottom of the first and they have talked to Jets about it.

If this goes down, Dallas will give their #2, #3 and #6 picks based on the value chart and get Jets #1 (20th pick)."

Francesa's connections to the Jets are not strong at this time - the team actually made a point of not making its players available to appear on his radio show. The Jets organization hates Fat Mike.

And, Parcells and Francesa had a major falling out a few years ago, and don't speak anymore.

I'm aware of all that but he still has connections within that team. I'm more liable to believe his Jets rumor than most.

I would go the other way on that. Francesa has gotten extremely lazy over the years, and doesn't put the time in that he used to on anything related to his show. His analysis, which used to be good 20 years ago, is embarrassingly poor at times.

He has been mailing it in for years. It's more amazing that from a ratings standpoint that he has remained #1 in NY, because the product just isn't that good anymore.

Why is it too much? You basically get a very early 2nd round pick and just give up your 3rd and a 6th.

The sixth is fine to give up but giving two players for one, that hurts Even if it were Elliott or someone like that, not a good thing when we have this many needs.
