yeah I know. I like DC, I actually think he does a really good job.

He was on with Bob and Dan on the ticket for a few minutes today.

he had a good piece from mike lombardi on the nfl network tonight saying that brooking was so upset with the lack of emotion in practice this past week he was going to start a fight to get the guys going.

if that is true I am sure lombardi will repeat it tomorrow morning with the musers on the ticket. the ticket now has a dallasnews partnership and that means it will be on the dmn blog. Then it will be a big story.

and if it is true, god help us all. that means this team needs its tail kicked and there is no one to do it.

Reminds me of the Jackie Smith anecdote from 1978, when he accused his new teammates of not practicing hard enough. How could a defending SB team coached by Tom Landry forget how to practice?

Just fine given the fact he admitted yesterday that it is entirely guesswork and a shot in the dark as I had said a week ago.

Actually, I said it was an educated guess based on the schedule and the teams tendencies. Of course no one has a crystal ball and knows 100% what the future holds, but so far, the trend is unfortunately continuing. - Like I suggested last week.

Thanks but don't mention it, because it was really rather simple. With the schedule and their tendency to swoon late, there was no chance they'd go 5-0 or 4-1 to close the season. I just hope they don't tank the whole month and end up missing the playoffs altogether.
