The QB class this year is terrible. There isn't a guy worth the 10th pick in the draft let alone the 1st overall pick.

This isn't much better than your Joe Montana comparison.

Notice how I said water cooler. This was not my idea, but one brought up at work by others. I got you Comprehension for the Cranky for this yule tide. Need an address.

Just because you are allowed to start a new thread, doesn't mean you should. Seriously, is there some kind of test we can make everyone take before they are allowed to start new threads? I'll take it. We can still let those who can't pass reply in other people's threads, but some people just shouldn't be allowed to start their own. Or maybe we can add a "Worst Thread Ever" button on every thread. If enough people click it the entire thing goes away, and whoever started it gets an electric shock through their keyboard or phone the next time they log in to the site.

Thanks for responding.

Hey guys I hit the powerball! Now my financial guy wants me to "invest it" and let "the money work for me" but I got a better idea. I'm going to use all the winnings to buy more powerball tickets!

People around the water cooler came up with this.

1. In the off-season seek a trade with the Browns.:

They get Dak
Dallas gets their 1st and 3rd
They get nothing else from Dallas.

They get what Jimmy Johnson thinks should have been the 1st over-all pick at a 4th round price. Dallas gets the future.

2. Romo returns to being the starter for a couple of years.

3. Dallas drafts - with the 1st over-all - a quarterback to sit and learn from Romo.

4. Dallas builds a defense with teeth, a replacement for Free, and a WR to cause Dez to stay interested.

I know this will get murdered here, but what do you think?
Keep posting Deep. If Dak throws 3 pics in a loss this Sunday night 50% of them will be reconsidering this trade or something similar as a possibility.

Cleveland would then reduce their offer to a 7th rounder.

Please punch your water cooler friends in the face.

They trade Dak (A QB that has proven he can win in the NFL) for a 1st that they use to draft a QB that might be good or might be a flop

You get a 3rd round pick to exchange Dak (A QB that has won 11 NFL games) for an unproven college QB. Why not just trade Romo for the 3rd round pick?

I say we trade Zeke. We took him at #4 and we'll get the Browns pick which will be a #1 overall - Jimmy math (as being interpreted in this thread) says we win.
