I don't know if any of you keep up much with the rest of the NFL, but I have a few teams I pay more attention to than the rest of the drab out there. Of course, the Cowboys are far and away "my team".

However, I also enjoy watching the Colts and the Broncos, seeing as they're not usually concerning opponents for my Cowboys.

There is a little known backup guard on the Denver Broncos roster that is head and shoulders above what we currently are fielding.

His name is Chris Kuper. Take a look at him. Look him up. He's nowhere near a household name, but frankly, he's really, really good. His size and ZBS versatility, agility, and strength would fit our offensive line to a T.

We'd need to offer some nice bait to pry him away. I'd venture to say he's the best backup interior lineman in the NFL. Yes, I'm serious.

Right now, the Cowboys depth at WR is pretty awesome. I'm pretty sure that if either Demaryius Thomas or Eric Decker fall to injury, the Broncos wouldn't really want to be fielding Andre Caldwell or Tavarres King as a serious threat.

Miles Austin for Chris Kuper.

The Cowboys can win a Super Bowl without Miles Austin.

They can't win a Super Bowl without a solid offensive line.

Just do it.

Austin is untradeable because we restructured his contract and cannot afford the accelerated cap hit. Kuper is also too old, and if we were to trade assests, I'd prefer that we land a long-term solution.

How bout not. Top 15 WR for a backup at G. Retarted. I'd rather Romo have targets.

Something like this you mean?

John Moffitt acquired by Browns from Seahawks

The Cleveland Browns have made a move to address the injuries hitting at the interior of their offensive line.

The team acquired guard/center John Moffitt from the Seattle Seahawks on Monday in exchange for defensive lineman Brian Sanford.

Read the rest here:

Posted earlier about this in the NFL zone. Wouldv'e liked to see Jerry move on this guy.

I think Miles is too much, but what about Costa for Kuper? Denver still could use a center after their starter went out for the year and they had to sign an old retread.

You probably shouldn't use that word.

Not only because you could seriously offend someone, but you can't even spell it.

Ironic. ;)

And yet you have no clue about NFL trades and the cap hits that go along with them.

Ironic.

Laymen buddies are always the best resources when judging player worth.

Didn't ask him what he was worth. I can assure you he knows more about this guy than anyone on this board

I like where you're going but you can't trade a starter for a backup. If you're getting a boarderline starter you can't pay more than a boarderline starter.

What is the Broncos secondary looking like? Orlando Scandrick might be a good trade chit for a team that needs a proven CB.

They got arguably the best slot CB in the game, why exactly would they need Scandrick?
