Just looking for the consensus of who this board wants to draft. Aaron Donald seems to fall to us in most of the mock drafts.

I like the guy, seems to be involved in every play. I honestly just want a guy who has not missed a game since pop warner.
We have way too many injured starters every year, it's ridiculous.
Just like M.Johnson and S.Lee were labeled injury prone coming out, I want a guy labeled as a rhino.

I love that show! I have it DL'd, but have only gone through 4 episodes so far.
I watch TV on a very... slow... timescale.
I'm only halfway through Season Two of Game of Thrones and halfway through of Season Three of Fringe and barely beginning Breaking Bad and Homeland.
And all that's been more than a year (sometimes more than two) to get to those points.

I hope for the best available talent and more hopefully it is at a position of immediate need.
But in the draft- I believe you have to pick the BEST TALENT reasonable to the talent you have on the team already.

I've read everywhere that Donald is a good fit for Marinelli's defense. Rumor has it that the cap is supposed to balloon up to $130+ million. Here's the scenario. Jerry is somehow able to re-sign Hatcher. We're on the clock. Donald and Prior are there for the taking. Does Jerry:

• Draft Donald anyway and pair him up with Hatcher to shore up up our front 7 or...
• Draft Prior and shore up our porous secondary?

Is Mack a 4-3 OLB? I highly doubt he falls to 16, but a linebacker combo of Lee Carter and Mack would be deadly.

I would be completely shocked if Mack was available at 16

Personally wont be upset with Donald or Pryor in no particular order just want an impact player with the first pick and both fit that bill IMO.

pryor is a dying breed of safety who likes to light people up with clean ,hard hits.

pryor and church could be very fun to watch..

I like Donald however for the Cowboys to maximise his potential we’ll need to have the right pieces in place on the DL.

If we don’t get at least one of (Ware, Spencer) back and playing well and manage to land a better one technique that Hayden, I feel we won’t get what we should expect from Donald.

If we pick Donald then well need to add quality pieces to the DL pretty sharpish.

Here's my issue: if we let Hatcher go and draft Donald, will this defense really be that much improved?

They're ignoring the importance of safety once again and the rest of the DL is a huge question mark.
