According to the media, and now an amazing amount of "die hard" Cowboys fans here, why don't we just pack it up and stop playing and watching right now?

I mean everyone knows, the Seahawks are going to win out, Detroit is going win out, Arizona isn't winning the division,SF can't beat Seattle, and the Cowboys can't win the division either. , , etc.etc.etc....

Everyone knows the Packers are going to the SB, and most likely against the Pats or Broncos. There is no need to play out the remaining games!!!!

Wow, I'm as much of a realist as anyone. But what I'm reading and what I'm seeing from Fans here amazes me....

Yeah. I won't be heartbroken if we go 11-5 and miss the playoffs. It's not ideal, it kind of sucks in fact. But it would represent progress going into the next season.

You do realize that our predictions about the game and us watching the games have no affect on the game itself right? Fans can't give up because we're not playing.

Ummmm no it would not. How many times have you seen teams say this say thing? Next season is its own animal. There is no momentum that is carried over for 9 months.
