Yeah, umm... about that- I'm a draft man myself, although if what you said goes down, I'm down.
Any which way, let's do this.

Ok then, wait just a second I just found a bottle of Bacardi 151-yes this is good, now back to the Cowboys, trade this years 1st and 3rd picks to move up to get Gurley, trade next years # 2 to the Vikes for Peterson, and use this years # 2 for Coleman and then we have a whole stable of running backs. Now since your on board with this strategy why don't you have Mr Scott beam me up to the Enterprise and have him beam up this bottle of Bacardi too.

the only way I see Peterson in Dallas is after the draft when Minny comes to realization that 30 year old RB have limited carries left and don't bring in bounty of picks. I would give up a 3rd in next year draft for him. That's it.

In more important news, who is going to go see the Avengers this weekend? We could use Captain America at RB and Hulk on the d-line. I wonder if the Avengers are up for a trade?

Adrian Peterson will not be traded and will play for the Vikings this year. I wonder how many people will remember this post.

Come on! No one wants the Hulk on the d-line and Captain America at RB?

if both Gurley and Gordon are gone AP is coming to town as Jerry will be rushing to make a deal. After these two backs there is a big drop off, do you want to risk drafting any of them to lead us?

If Gurley and Gordon are gone, Jerry will go with Coleman, Yeldon, Ajayi (depending on knee) or Johnson. He is not going to panic.

There's already 500 pages discussing this.

But hey, we could use 500 more
Have we had a poll on this?

I didn't ask for opinions other than a simple click of yes or no......for the simple, honest treason that I'd to know the percentages without counting 500 pages.
If this basic concept is over your head, then move on.
I was just keeping it simple and summing it up.

And do you actually expect every member of this board to follow along with this? That there won't be 500 more pages of circle jerking and back and forths about how much they dislike/like Peterson?

It's going to result in the same thing, the only difference? You get votes.

It's a simple poll that you don't have to participate in.
Seriously,just don't click freaking thread.

Anyone through Yeldon can help us. I actually like Yeldon most after the first two. AL did not reload very well in losing McArron, Warmack, Fluker and Jones. Lot more penetration and a lot less push. I thought I didn't like McArron. His replacement was awful. Yeldon is still very good at using his quickness in short spaces. He can make several moves in succession and cover ground. He's not Gordon but he's more powerful than Gordon.

HE is good in pass protection and the passing game. I think he would fit very well.

Rather draft him in the second or third than use that pick and still have to pay AP.

I think he will be gone at Pick #6 to the NY Jets.

If they choose an RB at 6, it'll show exactly why they're picking at 6. Heath Evans, yeah Heath freaking Evans, thinks the Jets will choose an RB with the sixth pick. That alone would make me change my mind.

I don't think for a second ANY RB is going in the top 15, I even question top 20. Pre-draft hype.

I would not be totally surprised if Arizona is the first to take a RB at 24. Baltimore could also take one at 27.

The only three teams I see grabbing an RB in the first would be Chargers, Cardinals, and the Cowboys. Ravens potentially could, but I feel they will be looking for Smith's replacement. They are quite thin at WR right now.

I'm sticking with Gurley being the player in the first round that slips into the early second. I still firmly believe we'll be the first to take an RB in the draft and it'll be Gordon. But I even question that, we may wait until the second and grab Ajayi.

I'd trade our 3rd and a pay cut for AD.

1st round - Shane Ray or Malcolm Brown
2nd round - best CB available
3rd round - AD

I'd say that would be a pretty incredible first three rounds of the draft.
