relax..... bliss is just around the corner....

Yeah, I know.

Just curious what the percentages are.

What made me do the poll was that I had wished we'd had one on the Manziel thing last year.
So many opinions....hundreds of pages...but I was curious in the e dhow many said we would, or should, or wouldn't or shouldn't.
No one ever tallied it yet it's so easy to do.
That's all.

So which mod got rid if the poll?
I'd like an explanation on why we can't have easy access with one button click to see how many think AP will or won't be in Dallas.
Waiting.....

I would like to see that too!

No better time than the present!!

Two years ago, when speculation abounded that the Vikings might trade the troublesome wide receiver Percy Harvin, Spielman also noted Harvin was under contract before adding, “Again, there is no intent to trade Percy Harvin.”

A month later, Spielman, who loves collecting draft choices, shipped Harvin to Seattle for first- and seventh-round picks in 2013 and a third-rounder in 2014. Two of those players, cornerback Xavier Rhodes and running back Jerick McKinnon, played significant roles last season.

Peterson and Dogra, his agent, have done nothing to discourage the trade talk. In February, Peterson, a six-time Pro Bowl player, told ESPN he was “still uneasy” about returning to the Vikings because of the team’s response to his indictment on child abuse charges.

Interesting, and good to know. Who knows what happens, but I definitely think Spielman is wisely acting like they have no intent to trade Peterson as a way to try to ensure only legitimate offers are made. They certainly aren't shipping him away for a sack of potatoes.

I was convinced we were interested in trading for Peterson until hearing Stephen Jones' comments the other day, but he, too, could be bluffing.

My reasoning is that there is no way that Spielman and Zimmer are going to pay AP near 10% of the cap if he isn't going to buy into the program. What are they going to do if he isn't cooperative for the marketing campaign or decides to use the bully pulpit in the lockerroom? Fine him so they only pay him $10m and have a distracting scandal all year long? Maybe you do he has been Minny football for a decade.

The bigger issue is that Arizona and TB are bidding as well. Arizona has a better pick. TB has a significant value advantage with their picks. Our second is barely better than their third. We have the least to lose is another way to look at it though if you are determined to bet at it.

I don't think it happens with us and I don't think he is going to play in Minnesota. Minnesota is going to take the best offer and there will be one.

Yeah, but keep in mind Peterson has to agree to a new deal with whoever the Vikings want to trade him to. He never said "it would be nice" to play in Arizona or Tampa Bay.
