You can disagree all you want. The final score indicates which team is better. And the Packers had more points than we did. This aint fantasy football.

There is more to that PARTICULAR game than the final score and you know it. AGAIN, just because YES we could have done more before the over-turned call is a TRUISM it is ALSO a TRUISM that that CATCH should have STOOD. THUS we really DON'T KNOW what would have happened in the game. BOTH are TRUE. One truism does not negate the other. It is MY OPINION that we would have gone on to win. THUS IN MY OPINION we were better. And I will continue to believe so.

If the Pats have a quarterback other than Brady, they lose that game going away. And Brady leads the game-winning drive.

Respectfully disagree. Pats should have been up by 14 at the half. Brady fit throws in but they are starting to wobble. I'm not being a loser and saying Romo would have won it, but that wasn't Brady's best game. I think those are behind him.

Your opinion is supported by the data that says the Cowboys would have had roughly a 55% chance of winning the game had the catch stood.

Again, you can believe whatever you want to. The final score: Green Bay 26, Dallas 21. Green Bay won. Therefore, they're the better team. You only get one chance in the playoffs to advance. You get one chance to prove you're the best team in the game designed to determine that. We end up on the losing side. We weren't the better team. The Packers were.

And my opinion is supported by the data that says Packers 26, Cowboys 21. 100% of the time, if you win, then you're the better team in a game that measures the better team by who wins the contest. :)

Yes, we were. And there's a legion who agree with me based on the particular nature of the game we lost. So, again, yes, we were.

Shall we continue this?

There are a lot of people who still think the earth is flat.

Yes, you can continue to declare that it is. Doesn't change the facts that we were sitting at home while the Seahawks were playing. But if you want to continue to say so, knock yourself out.

You determine we were not the best team by the score and you believe that tells the whole story. Good for you. So again, I DISAGREE with that based on the NATURE of the game which I'm certain you can admit had a higher amount of controversy surrounding it than, oh, almost any game EVER. SO, by all means, thump your chest that you are a fair, open-minded, good sport and equal-opportunistic fan of the NFL and football, I and the aforementioned legions will continue to disagree. G'Nite!!! I really am tired and sad.... so, good night...

LOL, you are the one running around saying some crazy stuff. Might want to put the liquor away for the night tho.

What's crazy? That I believe we were the better team in a controversial game? Okay, if that's crazy, that's cool. Please stop talking to me, thanks.

A few things.

That's the weakest Super Bowl champion team I've ever seen in my 33 years of watching football.

Has a team ever had an easier road to the Super Bowl?

They play in a weak division in the weaker conference. Beating up on their schedule gave them home field advantage where they only had to beat a bad Ravens team and a bad Colts team.

So they get to the Super Bowl and get to play against a team with no passing attack.

And Seattle has the game in hand and gives it away with the worst play call in football history.

The one tough team they had to play in the postseason just gave them the victory. The Pats had lost it. The Packers or Cowboys would have beaten this team.

And to top it all off, they're cheaters.

Not all Super Bowl champs are created equally. And this Pats team is the worst one I've ever seen.

Who didn't shut New Orleans offense down?

Um, the Saints finished No. 1 in total offense, No. 2 in yards per possession, No. 5 in points per possession, No. 1 in plays per possession and No. 1 in drive success rate.

And the Colts sure intended to win until they started getting demolished. "Sleep walking" is just a nice post-mortem excuse.

Lol to those saying we wouldn't beat NE. Lynch was running over the defense with a scrub QB that couldn't challenge the DBs of the Patriots, even when given plenty of time.

Dallas would have had Murray and a passing attack and Dez to match up against Revis and Witten to attack the zone.

Seattle WR and TE couldn't get open cause they suck. Plus, Seattle only attempted to challenge the Patriots defense passing a few times and played really conservative.

They also got away with a clear Offensive PI on that last drive they scored on. That could have been an easy INT.

Most of their open receivers was by design and scheme. A couple of plays were just dumb, when Gronk had his TD. Awful coverage by the LB.

I still think the weakest Super Bowl was giants vs ravens.

Neither team had an offense.
One team had a defense.

What makes me sick is watching New Stinkland pass us up in Super Bowl victories, Pissburgh pass us up in Super Bowls, and meanwhile of the past 20 years, we've been wandering around stinking up the NFL. Jerry has given us nothing over this time. We should be around 9 Super Bowl appearances, and 7 Super Bowl victories over that span of time. And before anyone says we'll win it next year, I'll say says who? We may not even make the playoffs next year, this is how the NFL works. If Murray leaves, and whatever runner can't carry the load and we're forced to win with Romo all the time, who knows what will happen.

Our time to win a Super Bowl was this year, and now we must sit here shamelessly watching a cheating franchise put us further in the rear view mirror. I'm at the point where I"m willing to sell my soul to get a Super Bowl ring. If we have to cheat, so be it.
