Being one of the most penalized teams in the NFL is due to poor coaching and a lack of discipline....that's my biggest issue with the coaching staff

Jerry is the #1a problem because of culture.
QB IS #1b problem because they haven't drafted a first round top tier QB since Aikman. Dak isn't bad but lacks that ability to process quickly and accurately that's needed against the better defenses in the league. Romo was a good but just too many mistakes that pedigree won't make.

Forget about the last play, when you have a talented team that underachieves it falls on the coaching and the atmosphere that's allowed by the owner/GM. The team is soft and undisciplined end of story.

At times it is Dak making a bad throw but this offense line has become inadequate, at least against highly competitive teams. If you are the most penalized team in the NFL coaching is responsible, and so is drafting (one superstar does not an entire draft make) and so is not making the most of manipulating the salary cap to build more quality depth via free agent acquisition as well.

Defending Garrett, McCarthy or whoever our HC is not claiming they’re a good HC but it speaks more to their limitations and obstacles to overcome in our culture with dysfunctional ownership.

The teams money is tied up in Dak zeke dlaw Cooper tyron martin Collins jarwin. This is who the team has paid top dollars for to win games. Most of these guys should take a pay cut or be cut. That's sad. Whole sack full of wanna be stars.

The guy who hires the coaches isn't any good at it.

I can't say I disagree with him. There were opportunities for us against San Francisco where we simply failed to execute. The play was there, but we just didn't make it. Could the coaching have been better? No doubt. But you set up plays that you practice and then miss on the chances. There are a handful of plays, particularly on offense, if we better execute them that may have changed the outcome.

Since we last won even a divisional playoff game, we’ve had 6 different head coaches, 7 different OCs, 8 different DCs, dozens and dozens of different assistant coaches- and 1 GM.

There’s absolutely no mystery about this team’s roadblocks to winning in the playoffs.

The offensive line is substandard and the defensive line was non existent against SF in the playoffs . Give me a call Will McClay I have some suggestions and whatever you do tune out the Jones noise .

It makes sense. Just a month ago Troy blames Dak and Cee Dee for not taking advantage of single coverage…..unless the FO is now making “in game” decisions in real time.

The owner talking to much is the problem. He talked about Dak and throwing to covered WR. And now something about Quinn being a HC and I guess was somehow putting down MM and dinner with Payton. I don’t know what he exactly said but I am sure it’s not nice. He can’t be like the other owners and sit in his luxury sky box and not comment. Or make positive comments..
