I just finished listening to the NFLN Replay Game of the Week. It's embarrassing. Troy only has positive things to say regarding Detroit. Spoke about their good play designs and Stafford's great throws, etc., etc. Now consider, we are the home team. Most times, the home team gets the slanted commentary.

I don't understand why anyone cares which way the commentary is "slanted,"

Only Joe Buck showed enthusiasm in the broadcast when Dallas did something good.

And I can find you 100 people here who say Buck is always slanted against the Cowboys. People hear or don't hear what they want to.

When TWill scored the TD the only thing Troy had to say was "the defender fell down".

Probably because it was an otherwise fairly simple play except for the fact the defender fell down. What more are you expecting him to say?

It's not about being slanted, it's about doing it in an appealing an above reproach manner.

They had to switch to the Dallas broadcast to get anything positive on the NFLN Replay on Dallas' good plays. Only Joe Buck showed enthusiasm in the broadcast when Dallas did something good. When TWill scored the TD the only thing Troy had to say was "the defender fell down". It's so blatant. I tried to listen for Troy in a non-partisan aspect to give him the benefit of the doubt. Listen for yourself and see what you think.
