Unless his replacement is really good this is a mistake. I wouldn't let him leave.

He is one of the better secondary coaches in this league.

Dallas hasn't hired their head coach yet ,the new coach may want to keep Al Harris.Or he may follow McCarthy, but one thing seems clear ,Harris is a good coach .I hope he stays in Dallas .

Because Jerry had all those contracts expiring at the same time. That’s how most places other than Dallas do it. Jerry has always hired a staff and told the head coach here are your guys. Amber he will actually allow a head coach to select his own staff this time.

Bill said he hired is own staff. That was his condition for coming. You are correct he brought in TO without Bill Permission. That was a good move even though Parcells called TO a Diva.
