me i want him in dallas for 1 reason. and its the best reason. Tony Romo, every team starts with the QB. Dallas hasnt had one in a long time, especially a franchise QB, i think alot of people have forgotten about this

and the D? what about that? has Norval ever had a successful D in his coaching stops? and you don't need a great QB mind to tell a QB to not hold the ball out too far when scrambling, look for your checkdowns, and get rid of the ball when nothing's there

He won't come here as QB coach or OC. He'll come here as HC. What alot of people have forgotten is that he sucks as a HC.

i dont know what norv will do in dallas and right now i really dont care. im still just so damn happy parcells is out of big D. but i know that he is exactly what romo needs. anybody who thinks different is lying to themselves first and foremost.

They said the samething about Shanahan in Denver and all he did was win 2 Super Bowls there.

really the thing i want to know. is all of u that are crying about norv when he isnt even coach as of right now. are actually going to start a thread or be involved in a thread and say actually something with content? u guys say the same thing everyday, that actually u know nothing about about. saying he sucks. atleast attempt to make a point.

i for one was mad the minute parcells was even on jerrys plane, but not for his coaching skills. because the guy is a HOF and im nobody to say he sucks. but my anger was more because the guy is a quitter. he's loyal to only himself. and his history with past teams shows all of that.

Why not. Can you say for sure hes a bust. Maybe it took two unsucsessful jobs to learn how to do it right? No one knows if Turner will become a good coach, great coach or get fired next friday. But the future is not Parcells and that makes it a good future.

Turner will listen to and let his coordinators run the schemes. No more surly, sourpuss, rude press conferences where nothings answered and we get all these life stories that are BORING and sometimes not even relavant to the question. God I hated his press confrenece.

so u want phillips, a guy that got fired from a uncharismatic team being the bills. for being unable to mativate the team? thats not really a good hire.

and u have to think the guy has been coaching for 30 yrs and only been a HC for 5 yrs. he had a winning record, but dont winning coaches usually rebound? something kept this guy out of HC'n. take that into account.

I like norv because he is known as a disciplinarian and I think he is dreamy.

We need him to whip those players into shape, to make them understand that they can not walk over him...and to use his beauty to keep them in a trance like state.
