What an amazing achievement by these guys. All deserving.

It will make it even more strange when Zack Martin doesn't win the Rookie of the Year award. I completely anticipate it going to Odell Beckham. But, how can Martin make both the Pro Bowl and the All-Pro team, the only rookie to do so, and not win the award? He was truly the best rookie all season long.

Didn't lead his team to enough losses.

You're right. When the only rookie who's ever made All-Pro at his position loses out to a guy who didn't even make the Pro Bowl, it's time to create a separate OROY award for so-called "non-skill" positions.

I'm actually surprised that Dez made it, I thought it would be Brown and D. Thomas in all honesty, just due to the 300+ yards they have on Dez. Dez has 5 more TD's than Thomas though, so I'm glad that pushed him over the top.

Yes, the process is goofy, such that 2nd-team means nothing. As Percy said, suppose one stoned writer picked, say, Charles Clay instead of Gronk at TE. Clay would be second-team, then, even if none of the writers who picked Gronk first would have picked Clay second.

Key wrecked.

Typical All-Pro voter weirdness in the defensive front seven:

-- JJ Watt made first-team All-Pro at defensive end and made second-team All-Pro at defensive tackle.

-- Calais Campbell and Fletcher Cox made the second team at defensive end despite receiving some votes at defensive tackle.

-- Cameron Wake received as many votes at DE as Fletcher Cox, but he did not join Cox on the second team because of Cox's votes at DT.

-- Elvis Dumervil made the first team at outside linebacker while also receiving votes at DE.

-- DeAndre Levy got more votes at OLB than he did at ILB, but he made second-team All-Pro at ILB and not at OLB.

The Associated Press All-NFL Team is recognized as the "official" all-pro team with regard to HOF consideration, and the 2014 team is about to be made public.

Multiple Cowboys will make it. Will Zack Martin become the first rookie guard ever to make the team?

My man!!!!
I'm telling you guys, this is our year.
It's up to Tony to lead us there. He's been carrying us on his back all these years.
Now all he has to do is stay on his A-game like he's been all year!
... and we'll be in there:starspin::starspin:

It's probably the same 5 or 6 confused voters who are responsible every year, Gosselin has to be one of them.
