What if he's just short of franchise-type? Should we stay put and take him if he's there at #4?

For all we know, he might not be the highest rated guy on our board. But the idea of giving up the equivalent of another top-5 pick to get in position to overdraft one of the two QBs who will very likely be there for us anyway sounds like lunacy to me. Just do your homework, take the guy who's there, and be prepared to take the best defensive player you've evaluated in the draft if he is not.

I agree..................trading up would be stupid the more I think about it.

Just stay at 4..........Goff in all likelihood is going to be there...........I do not see a big enough difference between Wentz and Goff that we have to mortgage future 1st round picks..........that is what the stupid arse Skins do, not us.
