What "key" playerS were they missing besides Jacobs? Plax doesn't count at this point.

yeah, the eagles lost to the skins, but that's mcflab's inconsistancy. watch, he'll be on fire this week

Why so pesssimistic? We have a QB better than McNabb.

We had MORE injuries in 1st game against the Giants than the Giants had in the 2nd game against us.

We must break McNabb. We need to get in that flat out bloody his mouth.

I have no fear. We'll beat the crap out of the Eagles, and the stands will be empty by the middle of the 3rd quarter.

I think we will lose too.

Its just gonna be like the rest of the season, Romo is gonna top it off with his game ending INT.

Its been happening all season when we play the tough teams, so why would it be any different Sunday.

I frankly have no confidence at all in this team. To lay down like all too many of them did against Baltimore in the last game to be played in Texas Stadium really says all you need to say.

Although the eagles want nothing more than to end our season, there's a reason they aren't a playoff team for the second year and a row wanting to run their Qb and headcoach out of town. The isn't always greener on the other side.

If JG stays balanced and Romo protects the ball, we should win the game. Our defense will harass McNabb all day long.

It's December, it's in Philadelphia, and it will be cold & wet = Cowboy loss

Forecast calls for 66 degrees. But thanks for adding in more doom and gloom.

I always start every game with a "we are gonna win" attitude. I refuse to believe it is over untill the play clock goes to zero in the fourth quarter.
What can I say? I'm a true Cowboy homer...

If it's a football game Dallas should win - if they bother to show up.
If it's a fight, Philadelphia will probably win; not sure how tough this Dallas group is.

I know the Boys have a lot of injuries but injuries do not explain the kind of things I have seen from this group of individual players this year (Notice I did not use the word team.) Some of the individuals are pretty good but they have a hard time overcoming the shortcomings and poor attitudes of the others.

After a year like this, not sure how much difference it would make to me either way.
Having expectations of this Cowboys team is almost like asking for trouble.

I'm looking forward to the playoffs, whether the Cowboys are in them or not.

For the next two and a half days I will be busy building a wall around my feelings.

We'll spank the Eagles. Sure, we've had our issues, but theirs are more serious.

Seriously, they scored 3 points against the mediocre Commanders just a few days ago. What exactly are some folks so terrified of?No, it doesn't.
I am terrified at how we are playing right now. We beat are selves way too often.

I think the Cowboys should win this game but whether they will muster the will, attitude and gumption to actually do it is in question.

Im not expecting a win.

This team always breaks my heart around this time every year.

Usually im the one waiving the pom poms saying that we'll be fine once we get in the playoffs.

Maybe thats a good thing that I don't feel good about these playoffs.

Dallas will break your heart. Im ready for it this year and I am not expecting a W vs Philly. Just EXTREMELY hoping for a W.

Until the game is over. I go into most games like THAT.
I cant remember too many times where I went in expecting to lose.

i think we will lose too. still, 9-7 after an absolutely horrible injury riddled year is pretty damned good. 10-6 would be miraculous.

Using injuries as an excuse is laughable. Great teams find ways to win.

The Patriots lost their starting QB (who btw is the best in the game) their starting RB, starting SS, starting OLB, starting ILB, backup SS, their nickel and dime backs, and backup OLB for the season.

They also lost their other 2 RB's for extended time, and also several other players. Guess what, they're 10-5 one game better than we are, yet THEY need help and we control out destiny.

Every team has injuries. No one in the NFL cares. Its about how you deal with them. The only thing that matters is wins and losses.
