Am I the only one that thinks Dallas loses Sunday? And...

I am with you, Brother! I will root for our boys but fully expect them to lose and lose handily.

Get Wade off this team!!! He is not a good head coach. He may be a good defensive coordinator but he has no clue how to motivate this team or any other team he coached as the Head man.

I'm convinced that people who say their team is going to lose do so in hopes to deflate the disappointment if they do lose. So if they do lose, you can say, "I told you they were going to lose." It's funny though, cause they also are the same people who are cheering after they win....

Why would they cheer for a loss? :bang2:

Using injuries as an excuse is laughable. Great teams find ways to win.

The Patriots lost their starting QB (who btw is the best in the game) their starting RB, starting SS, starting OLB, starting ILB, backup SS, their nickel and dime backs, and backup OLB for the season.

They also lost their other 2 RB's for extended time, and also several other players. Guess what, they're 10-5 one game better than we are, yet THEY need help and we control out destiny.

Every team has injuries. No one in the NFL cares. Its about how you deal with them. The only thing that matters is wins and losses.

I'm tired of the injury excuse too. Everybody has injuries, that's why you have to have decent backups. Which we do, with the obvious exception of QB, and apparently O-line. I think we're only one game better (Rams) if Romo wasn't hurt.
As for McNabb, look at his record vs. the Boys. He kills us. That's why I'm pessimistic.

I believe we win because this is a time where Garrett has to pull out all the stops, when our back is against the wall, and he usually does

our O will work famously, we get in the postseason, only to have Garrett revert back to his old self

If we win, I think we beat Min/Chi.

i think we will lose too. still, 9-7 after an absolutely horrible injury riddled year is pretty damned good. 10-6 would be miraculous.

What "horrible injury riddled year" are you referring to?

We had a league average amount of injury, and that's NOT the reason why we're embarrassingly in this pickle of having to win IN Philly the last week of the season to make the playoffs............AGAIN:bang2::eek::bang2::eek:!!!

We're in this pickle because of ROTTEN coaching and jumping offsides in week 15!! Like pre-season for rookies, we make entirely too many stupid, undisciplined mistakes. ALso, until Romo gets "Holmgren-ized" by someone and until we get a REAL coaching staff, we may be seeing this again and again in the future.
I can't believe we're fighting for our playoff lives the last week of the season.................IN PHILLY!!!!

McNabb's record vs Dallas since 2005:

2-4.

why only since 2005? cowboys 2-7 in the last 9.

Overall, 10-6 record, 27 td's, 23 passing, 4 rushing vs. Dallas. He seems to play well against us.

Because recent history is more relevant than 2000-2004.

Yes, let's give him extra credit for stomping Brandon Noble, Darren Hambrick, and Kareem Larrimore! Great idea!

so keep denying that he has had success against the cowboys, then we'll be sure to win!

recent history says 2-7 against the eagles.

That stat is wrong.....

If you want to go back to 2003....McNabb is 4-5 vs Dallas. I don't get where a 7-2 record vs Dallas came from.....

Dallas beat Philly in 2003 in Dallas in the game Randal Williams ran back the opening kickoff (onside attempt)

Dallas beat Philly both times in 2005.....33-10 in Dallas, 21-20 classic Monday Nighter in Philly with McChoke throwing a pick-six to Roy L Williams in the final minutes

Dallas beat Philly 38-17 in 2007 in Philly with TO flapping the eagle's wings to the fans....

Dallas beat Philly 41-37 in week 2 this year at Dallas, while McNabb played well for the most part, he ultimately choked down the stretch.

Still trying to figure out where Dallas is 2-7 vs the Eagles in recent history.

Your recent history is fictional.

Unless your point is Dallas is 2-7 the last 9 years in Philly, which brings us back to the point that 99-04 is pretty irrelevant in 2008, making it not recent for the purposes of our argument.
