Am I the only one who noticed Romo is about done?

First off, I'm a huge fan of Romo and have defended him to no end. I'm not trying to start a long argumentative thread and this is just my opinion but I think he's about done. I don't think he makes it halfway through the season. He has no mobility and his arm is gone. I know I'm not the only one who noticed? Aikman had to see it. His back must really be bothering him and those injuries get worse, not better. I'm not a pessimistic person but I think this is his last year unless he makes some miraculous recovery. He looks almost like he's in pain out there............

He's the weak link of the offense right now. He doesn't seem to be reading the field well and he has no zip on his throws. We haven't taken any shots downfield yet this year because frankly, I don't think Romo's arm can handle it.

I think he will have his moments, but to consistently make the tough throws, I think those days are over. And as far as the mobility, very sad to see.

I don't know, he's taking some pretty good hits and keeps getting up. That's a good sign. I think little by little he will be back to normal.
Aikman said during the game he thought Tony would rebound well so....

Its still early in the season. No need to panic yet. Hopefully we continue to see improvement in each game as his back gets better and he gets more playing time.

I noticed it as he looked to be in pain after a 3rd down throw to Dez. You can tell on some if his passes that he still isn't right. His ball placement was not good either he left yards in the field. The other thing I notice is that we never seem to get a WR running free we seem to always have to work for the catches

50 plus yard shot to Harris last week no?

I noticed it too as did Troy Aikman. It's really sad and unfortunate as he has never had a solid running game up until now. But they mentioned his back being an issue throughout the week this week for him. He's clearly in pain and will be all season. I'll be shocked if he makes it to week 16.

what amazes me is that he cannot figure out the blitz yet,he holds the ball way too long even though there are blitzers on both sides and they are coming no matter what.his body is done and he cannot process info quickly ,its as though painkillers are clouding his mind.

I feel its a combination of the back issue and Romo was rusty.

Jason needs to continue to utilize the strengths of the oline which will result in Romo performing well and being ok.

He improved his throws late in the third quarter and in the fourth quarter.

He looked better second half. It's probably going to take a few games for him to get near 100%. This shouldn't be surprising.

He may or may not be done, but I will say this: How many epitaphs were written here for Jason Witten early in 2012?

I would agree but as the game went on I thought he got more comfortable and better. I think the jury is still out on him on if he's getting better or just simply being hid.

A couple of his passes were beyond bad.

It's one thing to miss but missing and short hopping or barely getting the ball there. Not good.

I hope he can get right.

I think his back his still bothering him. How is he going to heal while getting hit by 300lb lineman every week?

I think it's very premature to say that Romo is done. If he's still like this toward the end of the season then I will start to worry about our QB situation.

Point taken but I will give him the benefit of doubt right now. He's had slow starts or returns for injury in the past but eventually rounded into form. We'll have to wait and see how this develops this season.
