Imagine just a short time ago:
Dallas trades Dez Bryant (or even submit Cooper in there for the exercise) for late 1st rounder and then trades 3rd and 5th for Antonio Brown
Fanzone: OMG, this is the best deal in the history of the world! Superbowl, here we come; who cares what we pay Brown, we have cap space???
Reality:
Raiders trade Cooper for late first, then deal 3rd and 5th for Antonio Brown
Fanzone: OMG, what is Gruden thinking? We did way better because Brown is 6 years older than Cooper and is getting paid WELL; we are the best franchise in the history of franchises
Pants: I think the Raiders did just fine with their moves and like one or two others said, if you are comparing to Dallas, then let's first see what Gruden does with the pick that they got from Dallas; the moves are not comparable to me; I think that Dallas did really well in getting a budding start WR and his numbers in Dallas were strong. Also, if Carr gets on the same page as Brown, that could work well for them
side note: anyone watch the show "Tanked"? (I love that show) - ABrown has them make a unique fish tank for them with the steelers logo etc in there - whoopsie, you re not retiring a Steeler any more tony....
