The Jones boys have been able to put a team together that is pretty good on one side of the ball but never a deep playoff run contender. Very sad, esp for us older fans that remember when the bar of excellence was high.

It seems we can never strike a balance, We need to hit on more late round draft picks that develop into something . Then it seems like we have some good players and as soon as they get paid they regress or get injured . Or we have the gambles that we have to wait what seems like an eternity to recover from injury or suspension . The whole CB situation really puzzles me .

Yep its frustrating after what I had the true privilege of watching in my youth.

I will never forget the feeling sitting and watching games with Roger Staubach under center and Tom Landry on the sidelines . Total confidence was an understatement.
