I remember a game he got pissed and was yelling. He went to Dak and said they are sitting on the curl routes and they need to call a stop and go. They lined up and Dak winked at him to run it and boom easy TD.

No you don't. You are so utterly and completely consumed with your love and idolization of another man, that any contrary opinion is viewed as an attack on, and a threat to, your very identity. At least that the way it comes across.

Just saying....
Hey, I support this team's QB, but I also call him out when he messes up. At the same time, this season proved there were others who contributed to mistakes, turnovers and losses other than our QB. It's super lazy just to blame the QB for everything thar goes wrong.

He picked one game.....and I saw WRs covered and Dak making good decisions for the most part.....can we see the other 16 games now.....and then tell me about KMoore?

I remember that as well. Coop was a technician and use to running WR routes going forward. He came here and everything was coming back to the QB. A ridiculous offense. People need to watch more football.

I think Moore was allowed to leave, not let go, because he'd already talked to Staley about a lateral role with that team. He was no longer Booger's Boy.

Like most egomaniacs, Booger demands loyalty and thinks his offer of opportunity is greater than their actual accomplishments. It was one of the rips in the relationship with Johnson when Booger found out Johnson had been talking to JAX.

He's got a video covering SF if you're interested.

Something had to give on offense, 2 years in a row they were bad when it mattered most. I think there is plenty of blame to go around, but it was always bizarre that they brought in an offensive head coach and saddled him with KM's offense.

KM does some good things but I always felt like his system lacked the cohesion you see from Kyle and other great coordinators. We will go from shotgun 10x in a row to under center and try to run a play-action with Dak rolling to his right. It is ridiculous when you are rarely running the ball under center all game.

How many QBs get the benefit of the doubt when their team scores 12 points? You've been calling out guys on the defense more than any criticism you leveled at Dak. They gave up 19 points in a playoff game where the offense had 2 turnovers and went 5-15 on 3rd down. The defense did their part.

I guarantee if it were Mahomes/Burrow/Rodgers putting up 12 points you'd use that kind of performance to prop up Dak in a comparison. You sure as hell wouldn't be blaming their coordinator.

Perhaps it's just best to stay with the go to moves......Blame Dak or Blame Zeke. Personally, I'm going to look at the recap of the Chicago game again, and marvel at KMoore guru offense and watch those bunched routes being ran.

I'd prefer the one, the previous year, against Philly practice squad.......that ought to really seal the deal on KMoore's offensive prowess. That should seal the deal for the praise.

Or you could watch the SF game and see how the scheme created opportunities that the players failed to execute.

Zeke gets his share. But a $40 million QB shouldn't disappear if his running game is struggling. You'd have a point if guys other than the QB were turning it over or dropping passes.

It's not about him reading the defense. It is his reactions to the defense.

Now you are moving the goalpost. This may or may not apply to you. But there is a collective who utter this, "can't read defenses," after every loss, it seems.

My first thought when I see this, or hear this is:

So, what was the defensive set he was facing when he tossed a pick?
What was the route?
Who was the primary and were they covered.
Did he go through his reads?
How did the defense adjust prior to the snap?
What was the status of the protection up to the moment he threw the ball.

Then I toss in the fact that unless you are sitting in the stands, you do not see all 22 players at the snap of the ball. The replay is shown, and the assumption game begins, because people assume they see something and that he saw it as well.

Example:

A game late in the season Cee Dee was running a seam route. The linebacker came from the opposite side of the formation and traveled with Cee Dee. The safety dropped down to cover the top. Dak threw the ball and the linebacker made a great play knocking it down.

Then the replay, as we are looking from behind the offense. You see Gallup uncover on the left side running up the seam. Gallup was clearly open.

The fans here screamed bloody murder. But consider Cee Dee on a linebacker, and this should have been the throw. You want to take that match-up all day. However, this linebacker, and I cannot remember who it was, ran like a deer and broke up the pass.

The after the fact opinion on this board was Dak misread the defense.

The OC/QB are both payed to win, both are at fault for horrible let downs in the playoffs.. pretty common theme to change the OC before you move on from a Franchise QB. It doesn't matter who fans want to blame because this FO operates like a tanker ship, they take time to change direction... this should be obvious by now to everyone. There are FO's that would have burned this to the ground long ago and started over....nothing about the JG years says thats this FO.

This will be Daks 8th year? Time for him to change plays based on what he and his receivers see. Screw the OC and the HC. You’re a Vet Dak, do you want to go out on being obedient loser? You get paid more than them either way lol.
