depends on how you define "win" in this situation..War daddy? Lol he didnt help Brady. Like it or not Zeke won't win in the courts. He has a better chance getting it reduced by Henderson than winning in court.

I hate to admit it, but you're probably right. Not because I don't like you, it's the truth I don't like. Brady kind of blazed the trail and the ruling upholding his suspension likely set precedent for Goodell as benevolent dictator unless Zeke's team has an ace up their sleeve, which I doubt. Sad too as I overpaid for Zeke in my fantasy league hoping he'd get maybe 2 games.War daddy? Lol he didnt help Brady. Like it or not Zeke won't win in the courts. I think it stands and they are lock-step on it.Bluff tactics? I think they both settle with 3 game suspension and move on. Don't see either side wanting this one to smell up the NFL any worse than it has.
There is no timetable for the NFL to rule on the appeal's hearing. How many think the decision is announced after the Giants game?

You are overly optimistic. Bless you.No he has a better chance of winning it court. In court you have real judges, and real evidence produced by both parties of an argument. None of this banana appeal system and investigative team which the NFL has setup as an extravagant witch hunt just to appease the public.
Kessler is a good lawyer. He is respected and judges actually listen to his case. He made the NFL look like fools and exposed them for their lies.
If Brady wanted to he could have taken this to the supreme court and win.
If it is, then he plays week one.
I believe he is suspended until further notice. The appeals hearing is to determine if the suspension and amount of games is justified. They cannot file court papers until the a decision has been made. So I would think if they take awhile to announce their decision then Zeke could miss games regardless.
