I think we struggled mightily last week too. I'll take the win, but I don't think anyone thinks for a moment that we played well. In fact, we haven't played well since the first half of the Packers game.

You can downplay it if you want, and hopefully there is nothing to it. But based on the last few years late season stumbles and our poor play the last 2 1/2 games coming down the stretch, I think it's cause for some concern.

But you can't compare last few years to his year, different coaches, different scheme, different players and different opponents...etc

nobody is trying to do that

but when there has been an obvious trend with our franchise for years, and then you see back to back games against mediocre teams like Detroit and Philly there are definite reasons for concern...why does it happen? I have no idea...as you said there are different coaches and some different players...yet the end result is similar...so far what we've seen is bad December football again, and normally teams that play bad in December either 1) dont make it to January or if they do 2) lose pretty quick

Who cares how Tom Brady performs? If Tom Brady sucks in the playoffs and Tony Romo sucks in the playoffs, and they both lose, are half of you looking for excuses going to say,

I don't care what took place in the past this is a new year and I'm not going to live in the past because it has nothing to do with this team. They will be judge by what they do this season not the failures of the past.

It's great to be able to stick your head in the sand while all hell is breaking loose around you... but this team has major issues at the moment. It hasn't looked good in a couple weeks.

If they lose to Carolina, then batten down the hatches because the storm will be very intense.

I guess we all should yell "sky is falling" then and jump off the ledge.

Being concerned is one thing but to say we are one and done and we are like last few years in terms of december woes by some people are just as assine as sticking head in the sand.

We didn't lose two or three games in a row, we lost ONE game. Let's wait and see how we perform next Sunday to see if there is a trend.
