He would probably kill it...everyone dumbfounded...haters buying caskets, headstones and tomb land.

Its only right for shock value.

Jerry come down from the box and grab the clipboard and just kill it with decisions on all 3 phases.

Problem is...it would be exposed as a scam because the players would have to implement a new offense perfectly as if they had been practicing it in private...which make it all fake or show some hive mind allegiance stuff that doesnt register with me as a flex.
I get a kick out of the kid standing next to him, holding his glass with JW blue.

This would seal the deal for me…Schittenheimer that is. I’ve already got one foot out the door. There is literally nothing on his resume that makes him stand out.

Hello Fellow Sufferers. 30 years of futility is really making me apathetic with my Cowboy fandom. Last year's debacle of an offseason caused me to cancel a trip to see the Cowboys at AT&T Stadium. I refused to give Jerry Jones one penny of my hard earned money. That would have been my first time seeing it and was really looking forward to it. I live in Eagles country and their dominance makes it even worse. I didnt even watch a Cowboys game last year until Thanksgiving because I was so disgusted with the direction of the team.
Which leads me to my question: Is there a Head Coach hire to replace Big Mike that would cause you to throw up your hands and say no more? At least until Jerry Jones is no longer calling the shots? For me, it's Kellen Moore, Brian Schottenheimer or Jason Witten. Any of those 3 as our head coach tells me it's gonna be more of the same moving forward. Jerry Jones does not wanna get better, he just wants to retain control and bring in someone that allows him to do so.
Any of those 3 become the next coach and that's it for me until Jones is gone. Anyone else this disgusted? Which hire would cause you to throw your hands up and walk away?
If they hire Rowdy as the HC,
I am out, lol

Jerr hasn't even invited him for a cup of coffee...Glenn isn't coming anywhere near here
He just became available lately, with Detroit's loss. Jerry is waiting, hoping to get a bargain, acting too late.
Glenn is bargaining with the Jets currently. It appears their negotiations are fairly close to being completed.

so...this convo is getting really corny...a lot of hoopla about nothing, as always...

Can anyone tell me why Kellen Moore, whom proved to get guys open with us and then mysteriously disappeared....why Jerry would not want him here?

Why would Jerry neuter an OC that is winning? Why would and OC stop calling good plays? For a General?

Nothing makes sense here. Lots of talking about nothing and side stepping important facts. WHy? Rage baiting?

Jerry has put good talent on the field. His current defense plays hard team tackling. Decent QB with decent offensive talent. Why is the play calling being sabotaged?

Bueller? Reverse phycology? Bueller?

Nothing in this space makes sense...yet everyone wants me to believe it. Virtual insanity is your goal? Sad
Jerry has put good talent on the field? In 30 years that talent hasnt made it to the NFC Championship game. You are OK with that?? A decent QB? He is the highest paid player in the game and he is a 'decent QB'? I don't understand you Sir

Brian Shotz. Shotz daddy couldn't win the big games, his son could get a team over the hump as OC, and has been an average to below average OC.

It’s Kellon Moore for me. He’d be the new version of Garrett. Homegrown coaches.

Whatever dud Jerry hires we’ll have to suffer through an hour long press conference with him stammering and licking his lips, pumping up his new yes man. He’ll talk about how optimistic he is about the future. Yawn!

If they go with Schottenheimer or Frazier, I will be reducing myself to only checking the score every game occasionally. No more Sunday Ticket, No more Redzone. I'll get back into reading or catching up on Netflix.

I feel the same way. I live in Eagles country and it's ten times worse because I have to put up with their fans and I have nothing to offer up for my team

No matter what happens or what staff is hired. Most fans will not like it. Because they want to use whatever they can to complain about Jerry and the FO.

Yes, there have been failures, for years. We all know that all to well. I understand the complaints. I have many myself. I am just saying it does not matter who is hired. There will be a huge base that will not like it.
No one can do right if it does not go a fans way. Regardless if hiring a coach, or drafting a player they want or do not want.

stand up for your team in many ways, they don't have to be winning Super Bowls or they could be in the middle of a bad year ,

IT doesn't mean you can't stand up as a fan you do have something to argue what do you mean you have anything to offer up ???

the Dallas Cowboys have 5 championships, and the eagles have ONE, it's not what have you done for me lately, they have not been winning a bunch of Super Bowls, just because they seemingly are slightly above us over a certain or given time, does not make it to where they have bragging rights.. You do realize we beat them twice for the division recently it's not like they're dominating us when we have a healthy team... They have a single trophy, that's it we have 5 Jerry Jones has three on his own.. I know it's been awhile but it took the chief 56 years to get back to winning like they are now the eagles only have one trophy in 60 years...

so I realize we're in a 29 year drought but it happens there are some teams that have no Super Bowl wins they have no Super Bowl appearances there are things you can debate and there are things you can stand up and have a backbone you're either a fan or you're not you shouldn't be hate to be wearing your jersey or your hat even wearing a losing season because you can bring these things up we have this we have history we've had two dynasties that's our history and we will be back when we get back...

I get some of this but ...Ehhh I don't buy this completely. We the people here at Cowboyszone are the crazy ones that sit here daily so it seems different. I think the moves they are making now are pretty universally frowned upon. Weirdly when they hired Campo and Gailey etc I didn't have these reactions because back then they seemed logical. Campo came from the system and the D thrived when he was here. Gailey had just run a pretty explosive O in Pittsburgh. My issues mainly started with Garrett because it wasn't logical in that he didn't accomplish a thing when he got hired. Then they stuck with him because he was family. If they went into this cycle, ran through top candidates and picked say...Glenn. I think some may not like it but overall I believe most are like "he can be a leader, this is the natural progression, etc." I think the horror now is the Witten rumors and Schott having 14 years and no real push of anyone wanting him as HC. Moore we got rid of and now he's back? Heck I'd even argue Salah seems logical in a way. I think people just want to see effort and logic. These seem lazy. JMO
