But as an outsider, I saw an incredibly strong tension between Owens and the Eagles. I've never seen anything like it before ... not of that intensity..
Oh sure ...I agree, it was intense! In fact, some how, that intensity manfested itself between McNabb and Mr 81. I really do believe that McNabb will try his best to do everything in his power to beat Mr 81's team (not the Dallas Cowboys per se, but Mr 81's team).
I also think that in the Eagles case, it's more of a team effort to beat Mr 81 than the Cowboy's to beat Eagles Mr 5! What I'm saying is that in Mr 81's case, there are individual players from the Eagles on both sides of the ball who have some passion about either stopping number 81 or beating His team. Retrospectively, the Cowboys (other than the division rivalry ...which will suffice) as a team do not have the same "get back at ya - type revenge Outlook" toward McNabb.
Now I could be wrong, because I've Been wrong before. Let me know.

Didn't Eagles fans stage a mass demonstration against Owens? Maybe something sponsored by a local radio station? I thought I saw footage of fans burning their number 81 jerseys. I believe a casket was involved too. It looked like some of the demonstrations that happen in the Middle East
I'm not certain, there ia a Huge hatred thing going on between the Fans and number 81, but that will have no impact on what the Players do on the field.
Some fans have burned their #81 jerseys, some are keeping their #81 jersey
to do something with during the game ...I'm not about that.

Absolutely nothing like that in Dallas about Keyshawn.
No argument. But from an Outsiders (non Cowboy fan) point of view, I think it would have been better for the Cowboys to get rid of someone else and to have had #81, KeShawn, and Glenn rotating in some huge numbers ...which could have ultimately opened up some opportunites for JJ on the ground.
Just an observation.
