If it's what you wrote, no, it doesnt make "theoretical sense."

Acute increase in O2 in the lungs leads to increase O2 in blood. This is what I said.

Inversely, if you were to decrease O2 in the lungs acutely, you would have a decrease in O2 in the blood. This concept may be easier for you to understand since this is what occurs when traveling to a higher altitude. The effect, in this setting, is evident almost immediately.

I just have a tough time thinking any sort of headgear would allow you to reach further than before.

Just speaking out loud about Gruden...I'm not sure why many people like to ride this guys jock. Sure he yells and swears and has that great chucky face. I enjoy him in the booth so far on MNF. But this guy has really done nothing in my opinion other than ride Dungy's pre made coat tails of a team to the super bowl and then getting to play the team he built to destroy them.

He had two good seasons in Oakland in a division that was middle of the road at best the two years they went to the playoffs. He was a little better than .500 in Tampa after the super bowl they won. I'll give him this...he put up with what is definitely a screw up upper managment team in Oakland and some of the same in Tampa.

Other than the sailor mouth and facial expressions what makes people want him for a coach? Maybe I'm missing something. Again, I like him in the booth.
