Anybody think Reggie Bush is a bust?

at the end of last season was anybody asking if Bush was a bust ?

i sure wouldnt say he is based on 3 games when his whole team is struggling.

not sure if he will ever do on sunday what he did on saturday but i also
wouldnt call him a bust......but heck i am still waiting for bobby carpenter
to bust loose too so what the heck do i know.

Bush is a good weapon if used properly and I'm sure the Saints Brass saw it that way when they drafted him. He compliments Duece well and has enormous potential in the return game. I don't think they envisioned him being the one that shouldered the load at this stage in his career, but we'll see how he handles it now.

i dont think anything he did last year was that impressive, how many of those catches he had last year were thrown more than 5 yards down the field? he was overrated coming out of college, he was overrated last year, and he is still overrated.

The difference is that Westbrook is actually crushing NFL defenses whereas Bush was crushing College defenses.

Westbrook had 100 rushing and 100 receiving yards on Sunday... the only times Bush did things like that were on Saturdays.

Yeah Westy is a regular Earl Campbell

All the games I've seen him play if there's nothing there he just lays down, now if he happens to be running past a defender and the the guy out stretches for him yeah, he's broken a few of those, big deal.

The Eagles also have a far superior O-line over the Aint's...

Still I'd take Bush over Westbrook anyday.
