Anyone else disappointed Bledsoe show no support for Romo on the sidelines?

Scary thing is I do think he saw what was going on because he was double pumping on that play but could not help himself and tried to force the issue instead of pulling the ball down and running or throw it away.

I heard he threw it there because he thought we would get a flag since they were holding JJ.

Dont know if that's true.

That is the only INT that really bothered me. Poor decision, but just like the one Bledsoe made in the Seahawks game last year in Seattle.

His first one, the tipped pass at the LOS, can happen to any QB. It could have fallen harmlessly to the ground and it would have been 2nd down, but it didn't.

The last INT looked like Bledsoe's at the end of the Eagles game, which makes me wonder why our QB's and receivers aren't on the same page in the red zone.

If that is the case then he's not got a strong football mind. If you've got a free play throw it deep - don't both with a screen to a guy who isn't free

Like one of the commentators pointed out last night, his mind couldn't catch up wtih his arm...lol

That'll come with more experience. This is an exciting time. (finally)

Sorry all 3 bothered me. Yes the 1st was tipped it should not have been thrown with the man in his face and the Fasano who he was trying to get it to was pretty well covered, 2nd yes holding or no holding the guy was not open you throw it away and the 3rd was well behind the WR. A couple Romo threw that were not intercepted bothered me even more because he threw at least 1 up from grabs as the defender was about to sack him and no one was close to the ball except for one of the giants LB. Having said this I'm not saying Romo should now go back to the bench, the move has been made so we move forward with it but Romo has to control these impulse throws frankly I would rather him take the sack or throw it away instead of throwing these types of passes.

Exactly at this point we have no reason to go back, we've gotta ride it come hell or high water.

That is exactly what it looked like. I'm sitting there hollering at the TV no no no Romo but he did it anyways. Now if I can sit there and see it that clearly I think Romo could as well but just did not seem to be able to stop himself. I know all of this is sounding like I'm claiming Romo to be a lost cause but that is not the case but he is going to need to stop trying to make every single play and learn ditch it or yes even take the sack from time to time.

Kurt Warner has never been benched at halftime. He's always had a week to let it sink in. This is an absolutley ridiculous thread because there isn't one person who didn't like the way Drew acted that wouldn't have either acted the same way or worse. And if anyone thinks they would have acted differently, they're lying.

Screw Bledsoe! I hope he retires and rids us of his baby-ish attitude. This is a professional league and there is no room for whiners due to the fact that you are still getting paid big bucks!

That would be nice wouldn't it.
Crayton the back up QB for the rest of the season.

Hey anyone know what Henson is doing, He probably remembers enough of the offense. We will need another QB controversy.

i think it's a little silly to think a guy is suppose to be singing kumba ya with the guy who just took his job. he was'nt disruptive at all. he simpley stood on the sidelines.if he is as bad as most think why would you want him advising the qb anyways? some people i think take this stuff way to personal. these guys are humans to and some seem to develope hate for a guy who does'nt play well. i suspect they are all trying and drew was too. he simply can not be affective without a solid pocket and romo can move around and throws well on the move.i don't think after 4 years in the sustem he needs or want much help from drew and i can understand a guy being upset about loosing his job

Crayton barely played QB in college. Crayton is not going to be the backup at best Baker who is a QB would be brought up from practice squad

We really should just write off the whole season right now if that is the case, as we would be one injury away from putting in an UDFA in their first year as the starting QB.

nah, he was keeping it real showing his disgust for the move, i'd be too sick to my stomach to fake helping anyone else. MNF, the world is watching, and he gets benched. The score was 12-7...he could have easily carried them back to victory. One more turnover i can see it, but he should have had at least the first drive in the second half to do something. He prolly sees Romo as a cocky arrogant young kid anyone trying to take his spot, why help him. I remember when Brady took over bledsoe had his back, saying all the right things... brady was also a lot better then romo.

Sorry I don't believe that you ever write off a season, all I'm saying is Crayton is a WR not a QB and other than Bledsoe the only other QB with this organization is Baker. I don't know if the rumor is true or not that Bledsoe has packed up and is about to head out of Dallas or not I also don't think your going to find much out on the streets at this point so that leaves you will few options and Baker would be the most likely. Right now I don't know what tomorrow will bring to this team but I do know you never give up

Actually they get a long very well from everything I have heard. I think Bledsoe was upset with the situation and any competitor would be but I don't think he holds this against Romo

I wouldn't want to see it happen.

I was just replying to the Poster that wanted Drew to retire.

I don't want Drew to retire until after the season ends.
It will be nice to see what Romo brings, but we need Drew for the backup or starter if Romo gets hurt, or all of his fans turn on him and he loses his head.

Best case would be for Drew to stay with us for the remainder of the season. I think that would be the most you can expect from Bledsoe but after the season I think Bledsoe will leave

hopefully bledslow will come around and help Romo. i dont really blame him for yesterday because it had just happened to him and its not easy for anyone to show support to their replacement. he should be more helpful this sunday against the panthers

Help him do what? Bledsoe is not the QB coach. I would think if Romo went to Bledsoe about something Drew would give him advise but that would be about it. Chris Palmer is the QB coach and that is the guy Romo needs to go to and work with.

Well, I'm assuming that goes both ways right? I know that I saw Romo laughing and yuking it up on the side lines, prior to getting the call at half. Bledsoe was certainly struggling and I'm sure he could have used some support so.............. what do you think? Should we get the pitch boiling and one or two of us can start with the chicken feather plucking that's going to be needed for Romo?

I am glad we are giving Romo a shot now, but that was a great reply ABQCowboy. I commented earlier that I thought Bledsoe handled the unceremonious yanking pretty well.
