What Atlanta loss? Was he the OC in that loss to the Pats in the SB? Because that would fit the bill. Speaking of duck bills, the only people I saw wearing their cap like that were the arrogant jocks in school. Mostly rich kids.
Yes. That second half was one for the ages.

If you met A.J. Brown or Brock Pirdy in a restaurant they might be the nicest dudes you ever met, and end up sitting with them over a beer.

If you met Mazi Smith or CeeDee they might be the biggest aHoles to you and goof on you.

Unless you KNOW these guys....then you don't know these guys. We just dont know
Great post.

I really don't hate any opposing team or players. The NFL is a multimillionaire sports fraternity. I love the Cowboys win or lose, not to state that I don't get frustrated, disappointed and occasionally mad at our team.

I think the only opposing player that I have ever had a serious dislike for was Brandon Jacobs former running back of the Giants. He was downright disrespectful of the the Cowboys and the stadium including intentionally smashing the football against one of the digital clocks at ground level. Also had a big garbage mouth.

The Cowboys first two SB appearances came from beating San Fran in the NFCCG ('70 and '71).
Along with one of the best most exciting comebacks in franchise history came against the 49ers but we were the real Dallas cowboys back then not Jerry's cowboys

It takes a lot of work to hate a little more than I feel like expending not to mention if Jerry could construct a team that wasn't manhandled and punched in the mouth by these teams like the 49ers it really wouldn't be necessary to hate them.
If I got to hate I'm going to hate the fact that Jerry has left my beloved team become the leagues laughing stock and punching bag for the last almost 30 years it's a level of ineptness almost worth hating

I really don't care about likes and dislikes.
All I know is on paper were better than these guys, and we'd better beat them.

There are teams and players I can't stand. But it's all football related. It's limited to rivals or players that prevent the Cowboys from getting to where I want them to go. If I met them outside, I'd probably buy them a drink. But definitely be wary of anyone wearing a duck bill on their head.

I very much dislike the SF 49ers. My hate goes back to the days of Montana and “The Catch”. I hated them in 1994. I hate them now. Shanahan is a classic NFL nepotism guy. He has been anointed as some sort of genius. Fact is he has been responsible for some of the dumbest coaching in the modern era. That Atlanta loss was all on him. I can’t stand the arrogance and the stupid flat brim ball cap. I am sorry if you don’t break in a hat you are a fool. Purdy had a reputation of being a punk in college. He looks like a punk too. Cocky little man thinks he is Steve Young out there. I can’t wait until he gets the pummeling that is certainly coming his way. The people in Northern CA deserve embarrassment. I really want to see Dallas smash these guys. I hate the Niners. Always have. Always will. Thoughts?
I respect them for building an excellent team, but I would love to see the Cowboys beat them. If the Cowboys win by 50 points or by 1 point, or any value between those, I'm happy.

We? Bro, your the biggest front-running fan in the world. Don't lump us together with you.

You inferred as much. You know it. He’s peculiar. He does not seem like the typical NFL head coach. But he hired a new OC and a new DC he’d never been associated with prior to being hired by the Eagles. That is very unlike most NFL head coaches. He gives “off a vibe” like he knows what he’s doing. And that is very unlike some Jersey guy. If either of his current OC or DC gets a head coaching job after this season that will be three in three years, every assistant coach in the NFL who aspires to be a head coach will be knocking down his door to get on his staff. And there is no salary cap for coaching staffs. The Eagles are not nearly as talented as the Cowboys, 49ers, Chiefs, Bills…how is it they win so many games?
What? The eagles have arguably the most talented roster in the league the last 2 years.

And I don't THINK their HC hires coordinators. I don't think he has that kind of power yet.

siriani is a major doofus that lucked into a complete team and gets the associated credit. he’s a clown. as are you unfortunately for how you finished your post (and most of your other posts) i was with you for a sec though!
Yes coming off a 4-11-1 year everyone said the Eagles were a compete team right? Guy took the team to the playoffs in his first year and the Super Bowl the second. You can dislike his personality all you want, he’s a very good coach.

Disagree, had the ball with 3 timeouts left across midfield at the two minute warning down 6. The defense shut down the 49ers in the second half and forced the turnover to get back into the game. The only score the 49ers had in the second half was a sudden change interception by Dak.
Its not an opinion. The defense gave up 175 yards and 2 TDs. Most teams lose when that happens.

Offense didnt play well either.

I don’t dislike or hate any teams. Don’t care for certain players. I’m just a diehard pro football fan who loves the game. Doesn’t mean I don’t want to beat the brakes off another team.

Just win this game.

Get the SF monkey off your back.

no of course not. it was having a talented framework that imploded due to carson wentz and the draft capital bonanza that howie turned that into that led to the complete team. he sucks. great FO though

I dislike those that earn that dislike; aholes and so on. Shanahan has not show to be such; and the OP's claim about Purdy being a punk in college I have not found any evidence of.
Now I want the Whiners to lose all their games but that is pretty much it

i don’t hate any players in the nfl. Actually quite the opposite. Have a lot of respect for talent of many players no matter who they play with.

As far as 49ers as a rival, ehh… to me, they are like the majority of teams, just another team, no where on the level of Eagles, Commanders, Giants, Steelers

And of course, I do not like to se any player injured. Have to beat the best to be the best I would say.

That all being said, go Cowboys.
