Yup, Roy is a stud in run support, one of the best in the NFL. Watkins and Brown get burned just as much as Roy .

Exactly. Same with Woody, we didn't know till he wasn't there, how great Woody was. And people don't remember, Woody used to get burned a lot too. i.e. as much as probably Roy was. ALmost all safties do.

I have another question

where the **** was Ken Hamlin today? it seems like every game there's 2 instances, right before the snap, where everyone in the 2ndary is running around asking what they're supposed to do, isn't Hamlin supposed to make that clear in the huddle beforehand?

he didn't provide deep help today, and was a non-factor in the running game, even totally whiffed trying to tackle Clinton Portis late in the game

I don't really think having Roy back would've changed the outcome of this game. The 'boys were out of sync from the start. It looked like at the start of the second half that would change but that wasn't the case.

this is a good point. RW makes a big difference in the running game and not having him in there today hurt us...I know he is a liability in coverage but he can bring the hammer in the run game which we missed late in the game today except for Zach who played real well IMO.
