Man, his fall from grace has been hard and sudden. Wade has more supporters than him: by FAR. Didn't think I'd see that any time soon...

I think he has fallen in the eye of some. When or if the time comes he is named HC we will see what kind of staff he puts together and how the team responds.

I really hope Wade does decide to stay as DC if given the chance. The defense has been balls out lately.

It just can't take him at HC or Garrett at OC. I want them both gone from their respective positions.

And at this point I don't like Garrett as HC either.

I don't want him as offensive coordinator, so clearly, I don't want him at hte head coaching spot. If Jones keeps Wade, I would not be opposed, as long as Wade continues manning the defense, and as long as Jerry fires Red-Bull (the short-lasting energy coordinator) and replaces him with Norv Turner. Yes, I said Norv Turner, who may be a half-arsed head coach (and out of a job soon), but as an offensive coordinator he would make this Cowboys offense so scarry good it would be terrifying to opposing defenses.

I never did. Two years in a row, he's ran predictable and an often one dimensional offense. The last two play calls on the second drive Sunday, having Owens run the ball when it was obvious it was going to him and handing it off to the FB on 4th and inches really made me sick to my stomach. You call those plays against the Lions, not the Steelers. When he's not being outcoached by the other team's DC, he's too busy outcoaching himself.

I dont even want Wade here cause he doesnt have the balls to put his coordinators in check. Read, Garrett and Stewart have been awful so many times this season and yet, Wade's soft guy mentality has prevented him from putting them in check.

In all seriousness let's just cut to the chase already

Wade as DC
Norv as OC

and Jerry Jones Head Coach...you know that's what it's coming down to

I was way early on the Red Jesus bashing, not so much because he was terrible, but because he was overhyped before he deserved it.

But I don't think he's a bad coach. I think that once we get better weather, our O will show itself again. And I expect that to happen this week at home, because the weather should be perfect.

As for head coach... I don't want to think about it. I'm still hoping we go on a run here and our coaching staff stays the same next year. And that could very well happen.

This hysteria is never going to die no matter how many times it is proven to be utterly lacking in common sense or fact.

he's too young and not good enough. this team has so many weapons we should be setting records. this guy runs nearly no slants or screens. but he is only 1 of many problems with this franchise.

I don't think so either. I do think he will never see another Head Coaching job again though. He should consider staying as DC, he's already here.

I want him gone. Unless, of course, the offense plays well this week, in which case I want him as Head Coach. This goes for Garrett. And Wade.

Wade Phillips should let Garrett know about that 4th down and 2 bomb. That's ridiculous in that type of game. One first down probably gets you 3 points with Folk kicking. Phillips has to reign in Garrett at times. It's his defense that paid the price on Sunday. They had that game won, easily.

The fourth down and inches play should have gone to Choice, not Crickett. Put the ball in the running back's hands. He's the guy with the instincts and vision. When your fullback runs into a stalemate while Davis is mauling and pushing his side back, you will get you second guessed.

Garrett has been hot and cold. Some of the offensive struggles can be rested squarely at his feet. (Arizona, 1st Washington game, Pittsburgh)

I still think Garret is a very talented coach, and he has put together some great gameplans and in game adjustments, but there is no way I want him being head coach right now or next year.

Romo and Garrett need to learn how to manage football games better on a consistent basis. It is Jason Garrett's job to set parameters for Romo and manage him. You don't go out and give games away by playing sloppy football.

Garrett needs to spend some time with Bill Parcells. I don't want him being Parcells. I want him to stay aggressive, but he needs to find a happy center and know when to go for the big plays in the passing game and when to play it save. This isn't the Big 12 South, it is the NFL. That was the number one defense, stat wise, in the NFL. Being more conservative with his play calling on Sunday could have won that game. The first two interceptions were risky passes while deep in your own end of the field. There is no reason to call those plays and throw those balls. Romo and Garrett need to learn that. Garrett should be the guy responsible for teaching Romo those kinds of things.

This is basic football, and Garrett is up and down on this one. I loved his gameplans in Washington and Green Bay.

Getting Barber back will help him out.
