Anyone Think We Should Trade Crayton to the 'Fins?

After watching yesterday's game the 'Fins need help at WR and Crayton would be a perfect guy to go along with the speed burner Ted Ginn. I don't know if we could get a 3rd for him, but with Austin ready for a breakout year we need to get rid of a WR. I think we should trade Crayton, his contract isn't huge and it would allow Miles to step up after an injury plagued season. Plus, Hurd will be back as the 4th guy and he is a solid STs guy that we should keep for that reason alone.

Why does it have to be the Fins?

Because we all know Parcells will give up multiple first round picks for our castoffs.

Crayton is a hell of a possession slot receiver when we actually use him in such a manner. Why would we want to trade that?

Maybe we can trade RJ to the Phins...

Amen. We need MORE players like Crayton, not fewer.

Wrong....

Get rid of him.

The last thing this team needs is a 4.65 WR, who is overpaid, with a big mouth, that plays small in big games.

I think they should actually try throwing him the ball, especially on 3rd down, like they did in prior years.

Why do people want Beck exactly?

I haven't seen a lot of him, but when I did, I was not impressed.

Parcells would probably give us a 7th and Jones would take it running away. Then look back and throw in Felix just for the hell of it.

I can think of several players I'd ship to Miami right now. He's not one of them.

If you were talking Bobby Carpenter, Patrick Watkins or Pat McQuistin, absolutely.

he was my mid round fill I wanted 2 years ago. like I wanted Brennon last year.

I agree with all three of those names.

no.

the problem isn't crayton. he makes a lot more clutch plays than people want to give him credit for. he just dropped 1 pass at a very bad time. couple that with his "talk" and yea, people want him gone.

austin has caught a lot less than crayton but since he's "potential" still people give him more leeway. if anyone should be gone soon it's stanback because he simply can't stay healthy. love the potential here but we drafted him hurt and he still is.

the problem isn't with our WRs right now. we've got a good set, leave it alone.

My guess is that Parcells knows what Crayton can do and man boobs would love to hoodwink Jerra again.

The key is to demand a (late) second rounder or no soap, Bill.

As much as I have criticized Crayton for his mouth and his performance in the Giants playoff game last year, he was underutilized this year and is very underrated.

He would be like our Steve Breaston if we would throw the ball to him. If we trade him, I betcha he's going to be a good receiver for some team.

Maybe we can trade RJ to the Phins...

Who is RJ?

No way.

We need the depth Crayton provides. TO is 35 years old and Roy is guy that's banged up often.
