The fact that he single handedly cost us the Giants playoff game was enough for me to "vote him off the island".

How did he do it???

Lets see, he had a perfectly thrown pass that hit him right in the hands with nothing but green in front of him. That TD wins the game and we advance to the NFC Championship.

If that wasnt enough, Romo had a terrific drive in the final minute of the game and threw a strike to the front pilon of the endzone for what would have been the winning score. Problem was Crayton (who toasted his guy at the line) pulled up at the 5 yard line for some unknown reason. He keeps running and he walks into the endzone with the winning score and we advance to the NFC Championship.

I have wanted Crayton off the team ever since that game ended.

Do you want to get rid of all players who come up with a bad game at the wrong time, in your history as a Cowboys fan, or is Crayton just the exception to the rule?

My idea of trading Crayton was simply because we wouldn't be effected really by trading him. We would still have a solid top 3 and we have 2 good TEs. If we were able to get a decent pick for Pat we might be able to move back into the 1st and still have other picks for the rest of the draft.

solid?
roy williams can't run routes.
TO needs to go
Austin gets a good play every now and then and people get excited and excuse his lack of performance otherwise as the offense just can't get it around like it should.

is this your solid 3 WRs? for the love of god man we're finally getting some good players at WR but still have some to prove. why do we put this position as risk for say a 4th round pick MAYBE?

i'll never understand why people want players to trade. all the time. a player get some kudos, trade him! we need picks!

NO! we need players who can play. there is nothing wrong with crayton except perception and a vocal minority who hates him for dropping the pass in the giants game who won't let it go. so suddenly others not so wrapped up in hate come up with a brilliant idea of trading him because he's productive and has value.

again, isn't that the point? to GET those players? also, how come austin gets the excuse of the offense has too many weapons but crayton doesn't?

people get their mind set on something and common sense just takes a vacation. crayton is one of the best #3 wr's in the league and i for one don't want to get greedy and give that up because there's something shiney in that bush over there.

to forever trade players is madden only and should stay there. that was my reference. make all the trades you want in the game but please realize it just isn't that easy in the real world.

nor should it be. crayton is a keeper.

you win as a team you lose as a team. if you want to vote someone off the island for a dropped pass say goodbye to TO, williams, witten, hurd, austin, barber...

you want all the speculation to go one way. YOURS. it's old and tiring. i understand the frustratino of a missed pass. it SUCKED. but it's sucked when every player has dropped one. if it were a habit it would be one thing. but 1 bad moment is not a deal killer to me.
