Anyone want Aaron Brooks?

You are right.

He did such a smashing job with Henson, let's give him a shot with Brooks.

Since Brooks is already a decent football player, it probably wouldn't take much to turn him around and he is four years younger than Bledsoe, whereas Henson is a whatchamacallit, neither fish nor fowl,i.e. a long shot project.

Brooks has good mechanics and throws a good ball. He is a good athlete as well. The problems with him aren't physical. Like most guys that make it to the NFL, they have the physical abilities, it is the other stuff that makes you good.

Brooks lacks pocket awareness. That is why he gets sacked a lot. He continues to make impulsive plays, which the majority of the time lead to turnovers. He isn't horrible, but it does not look like he will be any better than he is right now. I think he would be a good back up although I doubt he would accept that role.

Brooks is just horrible. He drops back 20-30 yards and gets sacked or dumps it off and STILL gets called for intentional grounding because he can't get the ball back to the LOS.

*#***#* NO. He loves himself way too much for someone that has had a ton of weapons, and has never been consistent. Not a good fit with Bill.

You do know he was on the Saints right? He has NEVER had a ton of weapons 4 years ago we had more weapons then they do now! Joe Horn is way over rated and Deuce is good...so one person = alot of weapons? So David Carr = alot of weapons for the texans??? no, hes in a bad sittuation over the long jevity of his carrerr he needs a change of place maybe Miami or Buffalo, but yeah he has all the talent and the smarts but no supporting cast
