I don't know that we need a WR at 4 but I do think we need to help our receiving corps. We don't have that guy who can take the top off with speed who you can count on to catch the ball and we don't have a guy who you can count on to go over the middle and make the tough catch. That guy opposite Dez who can be counted on to run the good route and be where he's supposed to be on every play. That guy doesn't need to be a top 5 pick or even a 1st round pick, heck, it doesn't even have to be a draft pick at all but we do need that IMO.
Terrance Williams' unreliability absolutely crushes our offense. When he is on, our offense does well, but when he disappears, which he often does... our offense can and does flutter.
If you can create a situation where you can't double Bryant, WR2, Beasley, and Witten, you're going to have a very high completion percentage, a lot of first downs, 3rd down conversion percentage, and you'll probably score a lot of points. The return of an imposing running game would also help vault us to the top. Case in point, Williams needs to go. I wouldn't mind him as the fourth or fifth receiver at this point, but that is probably overkill.
What I would like to see
1. Bryant
2. Jeffery
3. Beasley
4. Butler
5. Williams
