The further we get away from that the further that mentality and structure is gone.

Its fairly obvious the players miss it.

People can bring up the misses in the draft, you can count them on one hand. The flip side is since parcells left you can count the talent brought it on one also.

Are you trying to change your criteria after you were shown to unknowledgeable on the subject?

As to the new question you have posed, we led the league in sacks last year. Even with that fact we drafted 2 primary pass rushers in Victor Butler and Brandon Williams. We got a pretty good looking addition at ILB in Keith Brooking. We also drafted a great prospect in Jason Williams that will be ready to take over in the future once Bradie James or Keith Brooking leave/retire. Other great defensive additions as mentioned before are Orlando Scandrick and Mike Jenkins. Also, do you also realize that Jay Ratliff was a JAG until Wade got here?

I understand what you guys are saying. But this is year 3 and this group didnt have to find a qb, a lead runner, a main pass rusher, a left tackle, a number 1 corner.

All the key spots, the hardest spots were all already here and developed.

This current group has brought what exactly in three years? One great player from the draft in Felix jones, he looks to be every bit the superstar and one free agent signing in Leonard Davis.

other than that what big talent surge have we seen? Who is the worse player, stanbach or carpenter?

Since wade has shown up with his family routine, we have spencer and folk from the 07 draft. The 08 draft has felix, Bennet jenkins and scandrick. Feel free to put choice on there. And the 09 draft has a ways to to before we know anything.

Then throw in hamlin, davis and olshansky. Maybe sensebaugh will be a good player here.

I really dont get the laughing smileys. A whole new group of people were handed excellent players at the hardest spots to find and they have followed that up with questionable backups and marginal talent around those guys.

That means something, and it says something to me. Maybe it all points back to the same guy, I dont know.

I dont really want to get into this, its a black hole. Next I will have someone telling me belichick made parcells or whatever silly nonsense usually comes with these threads.

They are, actually Jones is an impact player, Bennett has that ability hopefully he will turn into one.
