Could've been a lot worse. Eberflus has decent defenses, they need to get him so Defensive line help. There's literally no one good if Osa leaves.

I would've preferred someone who played a bit more aggressively, but his defenses are solid and get turnovers, so I think it's a good hire. Need to get him several players though; that defense is depleted, big time.

No not at all . Based on 14-32 as HC in Chicago with not a second of challenging the Kings of the North. Division bottom feeders .

The BEars problems were on the offensive side of the ball. Not the defense. So Eberflus didn't hire a strong OC or get the personnel they needed there. Not an issue when he is the coordinator. Eberflus is a good candidate at DC. Just like Saleh would have been. Just like many other would have been.

I don’t hate it but I don’t think he fits the cowboys current personnel on defense. Maybe eberflus shows his adaptability and we see some exotic looks but his history is as vanilla as you’ll get at this level.

I imagine most that voted yes is really just based on that he is not Zimm. Could we have facts or stats that say he has been great. I am undecided really due to I don’t know him or his history. If Jerry got him because he just likes him to me that is a negative.
