I'm not happy, so I voted no. I'm in a wait n see mode, but for me it's a question of if Flus gets players to play his scheme.

Cowboys starting safeties in a Cover 2 scheme isn't inspiring confidence. Trevon Diggs being a Cover 2 CB isn't inspiring confidence. Well see.

Nothing against Eberflus, I just don't like bend but don't break. I like attacking defenses not passive aggressive defenses.

Meh. I voted yes because he’s not the worst hire. He has a decent track record in Indy as the DC. In his 4 years there the colts made the playoffs twice and did win a playoff game. So, not outstanding but better than many.

Indy had some good LBer play while he was there. I hope he gets some ballers.

No because I do not believe his scheme will stop power running teams. I don't see them finally looking for the bigger DT that specializes in stopping the run which has been one of the bigger needs here when facing the better teams. They'll look ok vs wear OL but power running will decimate them.

I cannot recall ANY big league players in the Bears defense ...Here there's Parsons, Diggs and Bland is a damn good foundation , then add LB Marist Liufau.

i think I would have preferred Dennis Allen as DC , ahead of Eberflus,... and i really don't want to re-live the Marinelli Cover 2 that doesn't believe in blitzing and tends to
have issues vs run ..and we've way been too many disappointments with our run defense .. Defend the run on the way to the QB

Also how will set in stone scheme/use Parsons in his 4-3 ? ... Just like Marinelli did with Dware ? .... Pure DE ?
