I think Parcells had a lot to do w/ his injury. If you remember correctly, Peterman tried to limp off the field after the 3rd down play and BP shooed him back in there. On the FG try his knee was wrecked. Stephen was having a great camp prior to that. The announcers even made a comment about was that a smart move to make him go back in there and risk further injury. BP did the same thing w/ Julius Jones if you remember...

I do not remember Peterman having a great camp. He was just a guy.
In TC 2006 it was very clear that he had to show something and he did not. It was not like any teams were breaking down his door. You can try and blame BP for all of that, but the fact is that few other teams would have done it differently, and I have yet to see anything that says he would have been good enough to start for us.

Agreed. Just because some article says Peterman is all that all of a sudden doesn't mean squat. Anybody would look good next to the rest of Detroit's O-line. As far as those wishing Peterman well. That is not the point. I wish all players well, but when they bad mouth the Cowboys because they were cut (something that happens everyday to mediocre players on every team), I no longer root for them.
