1. Peyton Manning, he's clutch and he's won alot of big games, he has 1 super bowl and his numbers are unreal. On top of that he rarely throws int's or takes sacks. He's one of the most accurate qb's of all time. Not to mention he's basically another coach on the field. a great leader , I Really think there is no question he's number one.
2. Tom brady, 3 super bowls , a great leader, great numbers.
3. Big Ben, The thing I like about him is he's so very clutch, when it matter's most he finds a way to win.
4. Phillip Rivers ... River's just has that it factor, he's going to be a great player for years to come.
5. Tony Romo, I put him ahead right now as we speak ahead of bree's , warner, mcnabb, favre . The reason being to me there's not another guy in the league who's the playmaker Romo is . Even when a play totally breaks down he can sometimes find a way to make it a conversion or even a touchdown. Hes really growing right now as a qb and is learning to cut down on his bad throws. I really like him going forward from here on out .

Rampage;3085737 said:give me that defense and i'll win 8 games with that team. 1 of those superbowls he had the worst qb rating ever by a qb who's team won. the 2nd was the refs stopped calling the Stealers for holding. go back and watch some Stealer games from last year. they couldn't pass protect for **** than all of a sudden they can protect for 10 seconds while ben runs back and forth till one of his crappy wrs gets open. they also all of a sudden stopped commiting any penalties. Trent Dilfer,Brad Johnson and Eli Manning also won superbowls. that doesn't make them top 5 qbs.

what was remarkable was how his o-line went from crap to gold in a 2 week span. i'm not gonna go through all the games just to prove a point to you. and those wrs couldn't get open last season unless Ben was running back and forth behind his o-line that all of a sudden could pass protect. just go watch some games next time you have some free time or are just bored. you'll see what i'm saying I guarantee it.terrifNick21;3085760 said:Worst rating or not, fact is he won.
Stopped calling the Steelers for holding? Where's the proof? You're just reaching for bogus things now.
I watched a ton of Steelers games last season. The fact that he got his team so far with such a "bad" o-line is remarkable.
Crappy receivers? The one that was Super Bowl MVP? The one that's better than any receiver Dallas fields? You talking about Santonio Holmes? Haha. I wonder how you feel about the Cowboys receivers if you think Holmes is crappy.
Did Dilfer win 2? Check no.
Has Eli won 2? Uhhhmm, no.
How bout Brad Johnson? He won only won one also.
Ben is a top 5 QB no matter how much you dislike him.

i'm not reaching. if you really want to get to the bottom of this watch the games. Romo has to run because our o-line isn't as good as people think. now Ben was running around BEHIND his o-line while protected atleast he did last season after they all of a sudden could protect and all of a sudden no longer committed penalties. Romo runs around because the protection breaks down.terrifNick21;3085775 said:Who said they were gold?
And you don't have to go through the games because as I said, you're reaching for points.
And you're one to talk about Ben running behind his line. That's pretty much all Romo does, and although he does, he's top 5. Lmao. Whew. Hilarity borderline ingnorant.

The thing is, do you think he can go three or four games in a row, against the NFL's best, without an implosion? I made a bet with my friend seven or eight years ago that McNabb would never win a SB. In that case, I knew that McNabb couldn't go 3 or 4 games in a row without his accuracy issues surfacing. With Romo it's more about the giveaways, but same idea.JBond;3085799 said:You know you are going to be crucified for this.
I do not agree with your list. Romo should be between 4 and 7 in my opinion. Not the very best in the league but good enough to win the big one if everything else is in place.
