OK guys, I read the thread again, your missing the point, if a player is cut by a team, say for example the good special teams player by Jacksonville, another team cant sign him, until after 24 hours, that they cut their players down to the limit that your suppose to be at.
So, that means, say some team releases a older player, but has a few years left, but that could help us, then we cant sign him until we cut some players, and we have to wait the 24 hours that we cut players.
So, teams that cut players so far this week like Kansas City, Green Bay, Jacksonville, would have first choice at him, not us. Thats the way it works.
Do you remember several years back when Buffalo released safety, and san diego released a top safety, then only those teams that have room, and released players of the 24 hours, can go get that player, not sure us, because each year, we wait and wait to release players at the last minute of mandatory time, which is at 4 pm tuesday.
Thats what I am saying, what if a key players like the safeties that were released, we cant get him until after the 24 hours on tuesday because we waited.
While other teams cut their players down before tuesday.
