It means nothing if they don't have the passion to win. Do you think Dak, CeeDee, and Micah are focused on winning? Not a chance. They young players want the same bag of cash those 3 are going after.
I mean I don’t think they are any less recused then any other 20’or 30 something’s. I think yesterdays athlete we just that. Yesterdays. There’s too much money to be made for them to not care about getting paid. That’s a tactic people use to use to steal money from entertainers and athletes of the past. It’s a billion dollar sport so they are gonna want their money. Just not gonna change.

Being young, stupid, lazy, selfish and arrogant ain't a good combination. Young, talented, hungry, diligent, team player and wanting to be the best...now that's a different story.

Look what the youngest team in the league did in the playoffs. Dang near got to the chip game in the NFC, the Packers. It proves this is still a Young man's game and all the experience in the world can't overcome youth and high energy. Its simple. MAYBE we can bottle this blueprint GB showed and duplicate it in 2024.
They also have a young up and coming QB (that they drafted when they still had Rodgers). Unless we have that with Trey Lance (I'm doubtful, but we'll see), those are the chances the Cowboys' have to take to have that kind of blueprint.

The only good thing so far going into the new calendar year is that the Cowboys are getting younger.

Before FA started, the Dallas Cowboys were the 6th youngest team in the NFL.

I'm pretty sure after FA we'll probably be closer to the top.

Now, I know getting younger doesn't always mean that the team will get better going forward but at least we're not old AND stuck with no money in free agency.

Imagine being the Dolphins right now. Old and broke.

I'm waiting for the Cowboys to announce that John Stephen Jones is going to sign as a FA and compete against Trey Lance for the starting QB job

I don’t disagree. I’m just saying to say we have no future is a bit extreme you could argue we have the best young talent in the league. Means nothing without the leadership I get it.
Extreme or not. Nobody in here expects this team to do anything. Ever. That’s pathetic.

Youth translates to lack of experience and little to no depth.

This time last year I remember Cowturd said Love is a bum and the Packers might consider drafting a quarterback and keeping Rodgers. See what happens when a coaches have faith in you?
