I don't. I would trade down, but not up.
Me too, only way i would trade up is this way;
say you have an offer on the table and you have talked with several teams about m bennett, or barber or whoever for draft picks, you keep that ace in the hole
then say in the first round, at 23 or 25, 2 of the top players are still there at 22, but your afraid they may be gone by time you draft, and thats all whats left on your number one draft board, then you might trade up one to 2 spots to assure you getting a really impact player, but dont trade up above 2 spots or so, cost too much to trade up above that, to get an impact player like in 2008 draft when we got felix jones nad jenkins,
then in rounds 2 to 4, i might trade down just a little to recoup a pick you might have used to trade up or trade a player for extra picks
this draft is very deep and very talented if you have done your homework
what you have to do is hope some team reaches like in 2007 draft for players like
16 GB Justin Harrell, DT, Tennessee, 18 CIN Leon Hall, CB, Michigan, and
22 CLE Brady Quinn, QB, Notre Dame in 2008 NFL draft or
Players like these below in the 2008 draft
14. Chicago - Chris Williams (OT) Vanderbilt
26. Houston - Duane Brown (OT) Va Tech
29. San Francisco - Kentwan Balmer - (DT) - North Carolina
in the 2008 draft, that should leave u with a good player for the 27th slot
Bottom line, you stick with how your scouts built the board, you never never ever reach, and you go by your board, say by 27th our time comes up or even 25 and top number ones are gone on our board, then you trade down, say thing in round 2 to 4, but try to get some extra picks in 5 to 7, for sleeper picks and so you dont have to compete for players when draft is over that your real high on in low rounds
kinda like when we got Leon Lett or Jay Ratliff in lower rounds
