up 28-3 I thought Atlanta had the game, then later I thought NE had a chance till the missed extra point and muffed onside kick.

witten and tony both chose to stay in dallas with JG, so they got no rings.
Now JG threw tony out for the new guy, so maybe now tony gets a ring.
If witten is smart he will go with tony.

Everyone is an armchair coach and knows better than the coaches and can make better decisions than the players....so silly. If Atlanta had run the ball more and not converted, same thing may have happened. Then you'd all be saying that you don't take your foot off the throttle and they lost because they went conservative. I've heard it both ways against the Cowboys. Any close game that's lost, it has to be the coach and players gave it away. Atlanta kept doing what they did that gave them the lead; it all went right for Atlanta in the first half, and it all went NE's way in second half. The best team won. Look at the time of possession--40:31 to 23:27. Yards---546 to 344. Plays---93-46. NE dominated this game, all game long. In the end, the score went for the best team, and Atlanta was way ahead incredibly without really doing much.

They've been on the field most of the second half. Fatigue makes mortals of us all.

I dont follow the Falcons closely at all but I remember looking at thier defensive numbers nearing the end of the season and they were pretty damn bad. I guess they stepped up in the end. I know Beasley was a monster but all in all its not suprising Brady shredded them. I cant imagine the agony the Atlanta faithful are in right now.

I said that to someone today. He was horrific at the combine. Some were surprised he even got drafted. Couldn't run, throw or do much of anything very well.

He didn't exactly look or perform like a workout warrior at the combine which is why you can't put too much stock into it.

I talked to a LOT of people the last week or so that couldn't care less it was even on....said they weren't gonna watch. NFL is spiraling IMHO

Is the NFL legit? I'm starting to wonder. Seriously. I didn't watch, but no one is that dumb. And this is the best storyline for the networks. Billions at stake if the ratings keep dropping. No evidence, just sayin.​
