Everyone in the organization is petrified to call him out on his nonsense because he's Jerry's pet cat/vanity project (just like PacMan) and he has a proven track record of being such a headcase and volatile personality that any confrontation from his teammates or coaches causes him to completely fly off the handles like he did with the Eagles or swallow a bottle of vicadin like he did under Parcells. And basically he gets off scott free for everything with no accountability, and everyone takes the heat around him. When he doesn't get open Garrett takes the heat for not "inventing" ways to get him open, not that TO can't get seperation. When Romo throws it to him after he's quit on a route then it's Romo's bad throw/decision. I wish there was a Charles Haley on this team that didn't give a crap if he is Jerry's pet cat or TO's sensative feelings who would tell TO where he could shove it.

What a team of pansy, shrinking violets we have.

Oh, if only, someone could stand up to the evil that is Terrell Owens and save our franchise...

But we should have kept Sparano as a coach, right... Because JG can't get it done...

And these are the same people who thought we should have kept Meshawn as our #1 receiver as well.

Remember all those times Meshawn cussed out coaches(i.e. Todd Haley), pointed fingers at players, had the bad case of butterfingers AND fumbilitis, ran bad routes, etc, etc?

Why aren't the same 2/3 of Zoners who want TO out of here had nothing but GREAT things to say about Meshawn?

Talk about how bad the stench of hypocrisy smells...
I have no idea what you're on about. Which is not surprising.

Well, part of it is we (generally) do have a team of shrinking violets, so to speak.

The other part is the person is question is such a certifiable nutjob that he's been known to swallow a bottle of vicadin or hold press conferences in his driveway while he does situps if he feels he's been 'disrespeked'. So you really can't talk or confront him like a, you know, normal human being. It's like the homeless guy covered in his own poo on the street corner shouting that he's picking up radio waves in his head ... if he were a rational or sane person you could tell him to pipe down because he's keeping you up at night, but instead you just go about your day-to-day and try not to make eye contact with him.

And what's funny is if he played with any other color of laundry, you would probably be the first one to say what the "haters" on this thread are saying. But since he wears your favorite color of laundry, then it's just an anti-TO agenda.

Sheep???Any coach that runs a play-action one time a game with the likes of TO, RW, Jason Witten and Marion Barber isn't that good... even if that team is pass-oriented...But if it was a choice between the two, I'd take Garrett, because he did more with this offense than Sparano ever did. But it is like choosing between whose crap smells better.

Because he was the boy of Parcells... These are the same folks that have said nothing about Bill Parcells wanting to keep the 'cancer' Ricky WIlliams on the team... How many of these people were riding on RW before Parcells said he wanted him, who knows... Oh and Parcells tried putting Ronnie Brown on the trading block...

Yep-the worst decision over the last few years was giving Roy38 that big extension, and it was TUNA's idea(Are you reading this Parcells-homers)?

And like I said in another thread-most Parcels-apologists don't realize that HE TOO wanted Owens here.

Wait, I thought they don't ignore him, like they do the crazy homeless man. You keep telling us they force the ball to Owens and do everything to try and appease him because they are scared of him, and now your saying he is like that crazy homeless man people just ignore. Man, your analogies are just stupid and self-contradictory at that, within the same posts too. But you do give us a clue about the hate is all about...'disrespeked'. It's quite obvious...

Unbelievable. You realize that probably 85% of the teams in this league wish they had the problem of chosing which crap smells better.

It's not like Jason Garrett is a family friend... Why do you get so sensitive when I say JG sucks butt... Again, count how many times the last game, Jason Garrett ran play-action... Especially when he tries to 'set up' the deep pass... Half of our deep passes come because Tony Romo avoids the rush and our WR breaks his route and gets a deep pass...BTW, 85 percent of the league wishes they had the talent that was the Cowboys... But I'm quite sure the Ravens are happy they got Harbaugh as their coach instead of Garrett...

Nah... I pretty much see through the stupidity on any team issues throughout the league. It's called being wary of what rating-pimps and newspaper-pushers tell me.

You ought to try it.

Watch yourself... you may be called a 'conspiracy theorist', as if the agenda of idiots like Keyshawn and the rest of the ESPN crew is so 'subtle' only the most intelligent of people can see through it for what it is...

Just got a chance to listen to the entire thing... Thank you to DC for the podcast and to Sham and Larry Brown for saying what needs to be said. Outstanding stuff.

:clap2:

But I bet a ton of TO fans won't even bother listening to this. A couple of them need to take blood pressure medication beforehand if they do.

Like I said-if they had done their job protecting that 13-3 lead in the 4th, Larry Brown would be gushing at them throughout the entire broadcast last night.

BTW-Parcells wanted TO here, why do 2/3 of Zoners keep denying this?

You're like a dog protecting a bone, and you're convinced all the other dogs are trying to take your bone, except all the other dogs really don't care about that bone.

TO wouldn't be nearly as good playing with a timing based, precision offense and QB like Aikman.

Ummm, Garrett is running the very timing offense you speak of, which is why T.O. is struggling. Defenses know that they can jam him at the line and disrupt his timing. In the west coast offense where T.O. has thrived, this is not a facotr because precision routes are not the norm, while more freelancing is. The problem with T.O. this season is that he is playing in the timing offense like it is a west coast offense. But ultimately, you can't blame the player for lacked discipline when the offensive coordinator continuously starts him anyways.
