It's one of this staff's flaws. They latch onto hardworking, untalented, flaw players for too long.

I didn't watch the game live last night. But I'm watching the replay right now.

It's hard to watch. Moore is terrible. I know we're sitting most of our starters, but Moore doesn't have an NFL arm.

I hope the coaches are taking notice. I know we prefer to go cheap on the backup QB, but we really need to be careful in this regards. Moore has proven what he's capable of, and it's not much.

Anyway, I'm enjoying a Sunday afternoon watching some preseason football. It's a good way to spend the time. Looking forward to seeing Rush's performance.

He threw into triple coverage last night , early in the 2nd quarter.

He's been on the team for about 5 minutes I think we can wait and see him with a whole week or 2 of practice before writing him off. At least he has an arm like an adult not a child.

I was talking about Moore throwing into triple coverage, not Cooper Rush. I agree with you about Rush. He has a good arm. Moore does not.

As starved as this league is for QBs I don't think Rush would ever make it to the practice squad. I think he is better than Moore already, but i realize that he is doing it against scrubs.

Having said that, it would really piss me off to see them expose Rush to waiver claims and lose him when he appears more ready to play already than Moore who is a veteran.

Something to notice every single pre-season, the 3rd string QB never has a chance, primarily due to the opposing Dline dominance, Cooper Rush has been the exception to the rule.

So pray tell, are you saying that the Cooper Rush success story is because of the Cowboys 3rd-4th string Oline?
