So tonight Brady threw a game losing INT was it belichicks fault? did he not have him properly coached up?
you're trying to make it all or nothing and it's not that easy. the players can and will make mistakes. they'll also get it right at times and just amaze people with incredible play.
in the end however, if the players are not executing, you need to examine why.
talent? i think we've got talent, so i'd not go there 1st.
coaching? possible. i look to this simply because parcells refuses to do so many things young coaches do now. adjust, stay hungry, do new things. if the players see their coach having to decide every year if he wants to stay or not, it DOES have an effect. you can "nah" it away all you want but it can and will take it's toll.
i'm seeing a lot of excuses for parcells that would never be uttered if it were campo or someone else at the helm. granted, parcells earned some leeway with success in the past, but how much?
in my book he's out of gas and it's time to move on.
