It's the HCs fault that the GM knowingly and willingly brings back a guy that's already failed, and then proceeds to supply said coach with inferior talent? The only blame McCarthy gets is for not resigning and saving some dignity knowing he was entering the season as a lame duck with a subpar team.

What are you talking about? I said it's all on the owner/GM. Dak and McCarthy have failed, but the guy running the show put them in that position.
